TL;DR: The pipe support can be positioned on any member of the square mesh by virtue of the two grooves at right angles as mentioned in this paper and the water pipes are snapped into the spring jaws of the support which are split in a vee shape (10,11) longitudinally to give them flexibility.
Abstract: The pipe support (1) is designed to snap onto the square mesh steel reinforcement which is cast into the floor screed. The base (4) of the support has two slots (5,6) at right angles. Each slot opens out into a circular cross section with a diameter slightly smaller than that of the rod of the square mesh. The pipe support can be positioned on any member of the square mesh by virtue of the two grooves at right angles. The water pipes are snapped into the spring jaws of the support which are split in a vee shape (10,11) longitudinally to give them flexibility.

TL;DR: In this article, a construction machine for pavement consisting of a travelling vehicle body with a hopper, a feeder device 17 which conveys a pavement material in the hopper to the rear, and a pair of right and left stretchable screw devices 16 with a screw blade 16d that scrapes and spreads the pavement material conveyed by the feeder devices 17 in a width direction of the traveling vehicle body.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine for pavement which can scrape a pavement material to the end uniformly by improving conveyance efficiency of the pavement material such as an asphalt mixture on a stretchable screw device so as to increase the finish quality of a paved surface and which can contribute to energy saving by reducing the tractive force of a screed device by a travelling vehicle body.SOLUTION: A construction machine for pavement comprises a travelling vehicle body with a hopper, a feeder device 17 which conveys a pavement material in the hopper to the rear, and a pair of right and left stretchable screw devices 16 with a screw blade 16d that scrapes and spreads the pavement material conveyed by the feeder device 17 in a width direction of the travelling vehicle body. In the construction machine, the drop position of the pavement material to be discharged from the feeder device 17 is arranged nearly right above the screw blade 16d of the stretchable screw device 16.

TL;DR: In this paper, a front screed 3, a compaction device 5, and a rear screed 7 are arranged in this order, and at the end, a screed main body 43 supported independently by a running wheel 41 and a surface finish member 47 is arranged by forming an inclination angle of 20 to 40 degrees for an orthogonal axis crossing the direction of advance orthogonally so that the movement in the vertical direction can be suppressed to the minimum extent.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely ensure a final and flat finish face by one concrete paving machine in overlay execution. SOLUTION: A front screed 3, a compaction device 5, and a rear screed 7 are arranged in this order, and the rear screed 7 at the end consists of a screed main body 43 supported independently by a running wheel 41 and a surface finish member 47 to which swing movement is given along the longitudinal direction of the screed main body 43 and is arranged by forming an inclination angle of 20 to 40 degrees for an orthogonal axis crossing the direction of advance orthogonally so that the movement in the vertical direction can be suppressed to the minimum extent without being affected by the laying management of a guide rail 21 to provide a function as a concrete leveler.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for controlling a road finishing machine with a material bunker for receiving paving material, a screed for compressing the paving material and a drivable rear wheel was presented.
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for controlling a road finishing machine with a material bunker for receiving paving material, a screed for compressing the paving material, a drivable rear wheel and a drivable front wheel. A rotational speed of the rear wheel of the road finishing machine is measured. Moreover, a travel speed of the road finishing machine is measured. A target driving torque of the front wheel of the road finishing machine is calculated based on the measured rotational speed of the rear wheel and the measured travel speed of the road finishing machine. Then, an actual driving torque of the front wheel is adjusted to the calculated target driving torque. The disclosure also relates to a road finishing machine.

TL;DR: In this paper, a paving method and device for a finisher and also a slope which prevents a level difference between the level of a pavement made at the front side by a screed and the lever of a pothole-leveled pavement made by the screed even when there is a big change in longitudinal gradient in pavement sections and which prevents uneven compaction density in slope pavement.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving method and device for a finisher and also a slope which prevents a level difference between the level of a pavement made at the front side by a screed and the lever of a pavement made at the rear side by the screed even when there is a big change in longitudinal gradient in pavement sections and which prevents uneven compaction density in slope pavement. SOLUTION: This finisher 1 comprises a screed 11 consisting of a body screed 11a towed by a vehicle body and an expansible screed 11b provided in parallel behind the body screed for movement in the cross direction, an expansible screed moving means for moving the expansible screed in the cross direction, a level measuring means (ultrasonic level sensor 12) for measuring the level of a pavement plane made by the body screed, an inclination measuring means (inclinometer 13) for measuring the inclination of the pavement plane, and a levelling means 14 for adjusting the level and working angle of the expansible screed at a real time in accordance with the measurement results of the level measuring means and the inclination measuring means.
