TL;DR: In this paper, a cylindrical cam is welded to each of the shafts in an off-center position to provide a limiting surface against which an adjacent unit is drawn when the cams are rotated.
Abstract: Disclosed are interlocking extension units for extending the screed of an asphalt paving machine. Each extension unit has an open inner end having two rotatable shafts extending vertically there across. A cylindrical cam is welded to each of the shafts in an off-center position. Disposed about each of the cams is a steel ring having a bolt extending radially therefrom beyond the inner end of the unit, the bolt being adapted to be connected to a slotted plate in the outer end of an adjacent unit. Also protruding from the inner end of each unit are two adjustable guide studs each of which is adapted to mate with the slotted plate to facilitate alignment of adjacent units and provide a limiting surface against which an adjacent unit is drawn when the cams are rotated.

TL;DR: In this article, a plastic gully is manufactured by casting into a concrete slab (10) consisting of polyester concrete, inclined surfaces leading from the slab edge to the gully, which is offset somewhat to the side.
Abstract: The plastic gully (15) is manufactured by casting into a concrete slab (10) consisting of polyester concrete, inclined surfaces (13) leading from the slab edge to the gully, which is offset somewhat to the side. A sealing sheet (20) is fitted, fixedly connected, on the inclined surfaces (13), which sheet projects and with the aid of which a connection to the seal on the screed (3) can be produced. On the sealing sheet and the screed, tiles (2) are laid as far as a grate (19). The structural unit ensures a geometrically precise foundation and a step-free connection of the tile covering with the necessary gradient.

TL;DR: In this paper, an endgate consisting of a mounting bracket, a pivoting plate, a sliding plate, and a pavement contacting surface is used to adjust the angle of the pavement contact surface.
Abstract: An endgate comprising a mounting bracket adapted to be attached to a screed assembly, a pivoting plate adapted to be pivotally attached to the mounting bracket, a sliding plate, a pavement contacting surface and a support adapted to be pivotally moved with the pivoting plate, a means for applying force to the pavement contacting surface disposed between the support and the sliding plate, a first adjustment means adapted to adjust the amount of force applied by the means for applying force to the pavement contacting surface and a second adjustment means adapted to adjust the angle of the pavement contacting surface. A method comprising providing such an endgate, adjusting the angle of the pavement contacting surface and adjusting the amount of force applied by the means for applying force to the pavement contacting surface.

TL;DR: In this paper, a machine is provided for constructing, in particular, redeveloping, the constructional layers of roads, preferably by reusing the old material removed from the road; wherein a receiving silo for the material, which is mounted on a chassis of a motor-driven running gear, is feedable, preferably in regulatable quantities, to a horizontal stream crusher; said crusher being in connection, via a dosaging conveying device, with a mixer, also mounted on said chassis, whereto additional material components from at least one additional tank or silo, supported
Abstract: A machine is provided for constructing, in particular, redeveloping, the constructional layers of roads, preferably by re-using the old material removed from the road; wherein a receiving silo for the old material, which is mounted on a chassis of a motor-driven running gear, is feedable, preferably in regulatable quantities, to a horizontal stream crusher; said crusher being in connection, via a dosaging conveying device, with a mixer, also mounted on said chassis, whereto additional material components from at least one additional tank or silo, supported on said chassis, may be fed and wherefrom the prepared material ready for distribution is fed, by way of a conveyor worm, to a screed drawn along behind said chassis. Such a machine permits, in addition to the cold recycling of asphalt, also the construction of cold-mix foundation layers as well as a stabilization and a direct distribution of practically any supporting-layer materials.

TL;DR: The screed vibrator has the advantages of simple structure, stable running and low noise as mentioned in this paper, and is a paver, which comprises the screed provided with the vibrator, and the blade is arranged on the blade mounting seat, and is slidably arranged between the fixed guard plate and a bottom plate of the bottom plate.
Abstract: The invention discloses a screed vibrator, which comprises an eccentric shaft, a blade, a vibration connecting seat, a vibration supporting seat and a fixed guard plate, wherein the eccentric shaft is supported on the vibration supporting seat; the upper end of the vibration connecting seat is sleeved on the eccentric shaft, while the lower end is hinged with a blade mounting seat; and the blade is arranged on the blade mounting seat, and is slidably arranged between the fixed guard plate and a bottom plate of the screed to only move up and down. The screed vibrator has the advantages of simple structure, stable running and low noise. The invention also discloses a paver, which comprises the screed provided with the screed vibrator.
