TL;DR: In this article, a sisal hemp-plant leaf cream production method is described, where sisal-hemp leaves are produced into fibers and the juice is fermented, sediments are collected, leuconostoc mesenteroides, acclimated ethyl alcohol candida and lactobacillus delbrueckii are mixed to prepare fermentation inoculants for fermenting.
Abstract: The invention relates to a sisal hemp-plant leaf cream production method. According to the production method, sisal hemp-plant leaves are produced into fibers to obtain sisal hemp-plant leaf juice, the juice is fermented, sediments are collected, leuconostoc mesenteroides, acclimated ethyl alcohol candida and lactobacillus delbrueckii are mixed to prepare fermentation inoculants for fermenting, acclimation is performed by the aid of a gradual acclimation method, the proportion of sisal hemp-plant leaf juice in acclimation culture solution is gradually increased, and the ethyl alcohol candida and the lactobacillus delbrueckii are respectively and gradually inoculated into high-proportion culture solution from low-proportion culture solution to obtain the acclimated ethyl alcohol candida and the acclimated lactobacillus delbrueckii. According to the method, a fermentation period is shortened to 4-5 days, yield of the sisal hemp-plant leaf cream is greatly improved, diosgenin content is improved by 20-30%, and difficulties further extracting diosgenin are reduced. The method changes a traditional production mode and solves the problem that a traditional method is large in occupied area, long in settlement period, low in diosgenin content and the like.

TL;DR: In this article , an attempt is made to improve the properties of polymer composites using jute, sisal and banana fibers and addition of 2 % titanium di boride as filler material.
Abstract: Now- a- days the polymers are frequently used in domestic and industrial purposes. The properties of polymer composites are somewhat inferior and may be improved with the addition of filler and fiber materials. Jute is one of most economical natural fibres and is obtained primarily from plant materials such as cellulose and Lignin. Sisal is a vegetable, natural, fully biodegradable fibre and which has good specific strength and stiffness and is used for making ropes and twines. The banana fibre is the strongest natural fibres and is made from the stem of the banana tree which. exhibits good tensile strength and incredibly durable and bio-degradable. An attempt is made to improve the properties of polymer composites using jute, sisal and banana fibers and addition of 2 % titanium di boride as filler material. The polymer composites were made by hand layup method with epoxy as matrix material. The mechanical properties of fabricated composites such as tensile and impact strength, hardness were evaluated as per ASTM standards. It is found that tensile strength, hardness and impact strength were improved with the addition of fibers and filler material. The micro structural evaluation is also carried out using scanning electron microscope and found that particles were dispersed in the matrix material.

TL;DR: In this paper, a sisal/synthetic fiber composite structure oil-containing steel wire rope core and a preparation method for its preparation was presented. But the method is not suitable for yarn fabrication.
Abstract: The invention discloses a novel sisal/synthetic fiber composite structure oil-containing steel wire rope core and a preparation method thereof. The method includes the steps of 1, formation of sisal/polyester sirofil yarn; 2, formation of high-strength, high-modulus and low-elongation polyester filament yarn; 3, formation of ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene filament yarn; 4, formation of sisal/polyester sirofil yarn and polyester yarn plied yarn; 5, formation of sisal/polyester sirofil yarn and ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene filament yarn plied yarn; 6, formation of the novel sisal/synthetic fiber composite structure steel wire rope core. According to the method, sirofil spinning is adopted in the spinning process, the high-strength, high-modulus and low-elongation polyester filament yarn and the ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene filament yarn are added in the plied yarn and rope making process, and an online oiling device is additionally arranged in sisal spinning and yarn making equipment. Ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene filaments in the yarn are pretreated, and polyester filaments and the ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene filaments with special sections are adopted.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors proposed a sisal fiber extraction machine, which is characterized in that sisal leaves cut into a certain length are put into a machine; after being fixed by a clamping device, the sisal leaf are conveyed to an impurity scraping device position by a conveying device.
Abstract: The invention relates to a sisal fiber extraction machine, which is characterized in that sisal leaves cut into a certain length are put into a machine; after being fixed by a clamping device, the sisal leaves are conveyed to an impurity scraping device position by a conveying device; after disintegrating slags in the sisal leaves are separated in the impurity scraping device position through an impurity scraping cutter, extracted fiber is conveyed out through an output device. The design of the machine has important significance on promoting the Chinese sisal main producing area sisal fiber extraction, improving the sisal planting economic benefits and developing the sisal fiber industry.
