Abstract: The utility model relates to a disk feeding machine, which is characterized in that a slewing ring bears and rotates a disk, and the slewing ring is composed of an external tooth ring with a big diameter, an inner ring of the slewing ring, the inner side of which is fixed to a machine base, and a rolling ball arranged between the external tooth ring and the inner ring, wherein the disk is fixed to the external tooth ring with a big diameter. The utility model not only inherits the transmission advantages of a speed reducer to internal tooth type slewing ring, but also overcomes the shortages which exist in the prior art. The utility model particularly has the advantages that transmission efficiency is high (bigger than 92 percent), bearing capacity of the disk is high, and transfer torsion and anti-overturn torsion are large; structure is compact, foundation is simple, and installations of speed reducers and adjustment of gear backlash are convenient; the utility model is also provided with a small gear and the external tooth type slewing ring, speed ratio is big, and requirements for speed reducers are low; compared with the speed reducer to internal tooth type slewing ring, the cost is lowered by more than 20 percent.

Abstract: This paper presents the main disabled forms,and discusses the limitations of the current methods in which rating lifetime is calculated and condition at operation is estimated for the large-diameter antifriction bearings.The novel method in which the residual service lifetime of slewing bearing mounted in ladle turret is evaluated by the dynamic abrasion loss is put forward.On the basis of the method,testing and analysis are carried out.The results shows that residual service lifetime is reasonably predicted and the method is valid.

Abstract: Slewing bearings are basic components widely used in construction machinery industry.The load in the rolling elements of a single-row slewing bearing was calculated by using Herz's contact theory,and a theoretical formula was presented for the load capacity of this slewing bearing.Several structural and technical factors were found to significantly affect the load capacity of the slewing bearing studied.Methods to increase load capacity of slewing bearings are provided for technologists.
