Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of electro-hydraulic control, and discloses an electro-hydraulic control system, engineering machinery and an electro-hydraulic control method for a slewing bearing. The electro-hydraulic control system comprises a hydraulic executing element, a first working oil way (1), a second working oil way (2) and overflow oil ways (3), and further comprises pressurization oil ways (5), wherein the first working oil way communicates with a first oil cavity of the hydraulic executing element, the second working oil way communicates with a second oil cavity of the hydraulic executing element, overflow valves (4) are arranged on the overflow oil ways and are connected to at least one of the first working oil way and the second working oil way, and the pressurization oil ways are connected to the overflow valves and can increase the opening pressure of the overflow valves. According to the electro-hydraulic control system, the opening pressure of the overflow valves can be conveniently and properly increased through the pressurization oil ways in the rotary braking process of the slewing bearing, and therefore the rotary braking angle can be decreased, and the control performance of a whole machine can be effectively improved.

Abstract: Streszczenie. W artykule zaprezentowano problem dotyczący metodyki modelowania lozysk wiencowych przy cześciowym lub calkowitym uwzglednieniu struktur osadczych maszyny roboczej. Opisano budowe dwoch przykladowych modeli. Obiektem analizy byla koparka gąsienicowa jednoczerpakowa typu F250H. Podano podstawowe parametry analizowanego lozyska. W procedurze modelowania wykorzystano metode elementow skonczonych. Obliczenia potrzebne do wyznaczenia dystrybucji sil obciązających kulki w lozysku byly przeprowadzone za pomocą procedur wykorzystujących system ADINA. Prezentowany sposob obliczania lozysk wykorzystywal rowniez zalezności analityczne warunkujące obciązalnośc strefy styku kulka-bieznia. Wybrane rozklady reakcji kulek zaprezentowano w formie graficznej. In the article the problem of modeling methodology slewing bearings by take into account partial or complete structures of housing in the working machine is presented. The structures of two exemplary models are described. The object of the study was singlebucket excavator caterpillar type F250H. Basic parameters of analyzed bearing are presented. The finite element method has been used to the modeling procedure. The calculation which is needed to calculate the force loading of balls slewing bearing has been done using the ADINA program. The way of calculating single-row ball slewing bearing rings which is presented in this paper, used the analytic correlation which determine the permissible load of contact zone (ball-bearing race in slewing bearings) too. The chosen distributions of reactions loading on the balls are presented. The results are shown as a graph.

The mechanism comprises a blade mounting frame, a guide rod, a lifting sliding rack, a rotary underframe and a slewing bearing, wherein the blade mounting frame is hinged to the lifting sliding rack; the two ends of the guide rod are respectively hinged to the blade mounting frame and the rotary underframe; the lifting sliding rack is mounted on the rotary underframe; the rotary underframe is mounted on a transportation sweeping board through the slewing bearing; a hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the lifting sliding rack; a permanent magnet lifter is arranged on the hydraulic rod of the hydraulic cylinder; a hydrocylinder is arranged on the rotary underframe; locking blocks are fixedly mounted on the hydraulic rod of the hydrocylinder; sliding chutes are fixedly mounted on the transportation sweeping board; each sliding chute takes the shape of an arc by using the center of the slewing bearing as the center of a circle; the locking blocks are placed in the sliding chutes. According to the utility model, three locking mechanisms are arranged, therefore, the fact that the lifting transportation device and the transportation sweeping board are reliably locked and connected can be conveniently realized during the transportation process, and the stability and safety of the blades of the wind driven generator during the transportation process are improved.

The driving mechanism can drive the movable cone device to rotate around the axis of the fixed cone device through the slewing bearing, and the grinding balls are placed in a cavity defined by the movable cone device and the fixed cone device jointly so as to carry out stirring and powder grinding on materials jointly. By means of the cooperation of the slewing bearing and the grinding balls, materials can be subjected to sufficient powder grinding, the effective work duration of the spiral cone stirring ball grinding mill is prolonged, the maintenance frequency can be reduced, and therefore the working efficiency and the powder grinding effect of the spiral cone stirring ball grinding mill can be greatly improved.
