Abstract: The utility model relates to a steel ladle capping device for a conticaster system. The steel ladle capping device for the conticaster system comprises a fixed base seat (1), a slewing bearing with geared rings (2), a slewing tower (3), a motor (5), a lifting hydraulic cylinder (8) and a steel ladle cover (11). The slewing bearing with the gear rings (2) is connected with the fixed base seat (1) and the slewing tower (3). The slewing bearing with the gear rings (2) drives the slewing tower (3) to rotate. The output shaft of the motor (5) drives the geared rings on the slewing bearing (2) to rotate through a gear (10). The slewing tower (3) is provided with a lift arm (4). The steel ladle cover (11) is connected with the lift arm (4). Two ends of the lifting hydraulic cylinder (8) are respectively connected with the lift arm (4) and the slewing tower (3). By means of driving the slewing tower to rotate through the motor, the steel ladle capping device for the conticaster system can be operated stably, is long in service life, is simple in structure, reduces maintenance cost and the increment of an adjustable hydraulic cylinder and a hanging hook increases warm keeping effects of liquid steel.

The slewing bearing comprises a supporting ring without a gear ring and a supporting ring with a gear ring, wherein the two supporting rings are matched with each other and the center of a mounting hole of the supporting ring without the gear ring and the center of the slewing bearing have an eccentric distance (e). The slewing bearing can adjust the center distance between small gears on a main machine and the supporting ring with the gear ring of the slewing bearing, solving the problem of reutilization of a frame of the main machine with an ultra-poor position degree of the mounting hole and further achieving the purposes of reducing the difficulty in processing the main machine and enhancing the working performance and the service life of the slewing bearing.
