TL;DR: In this article, a cross roller-slewing bearing structure has a certain degree of particularity, and two sets of cross rollers is equivalent to two columns roller stack situation, therefore it should deduce roller calculation formula for two sets respectively.
Abstract: Because of cross roller-slewing bearing structure have a certain degree of particularity, and two sets of cross rollers is equivalent to two columns roller stack situation, therefore it should deduce roller calculation formula for two sets of roller respectively. According to the stress of the slewing bearings, we proceed load distribution calculation synthetically under the center of bearing axial force, overturning moment and radial force. Finally, based on the above formula for calculating the bearing load distribution and through the Matlab software, we analyze the influence of some parameters on the bearing load distribution. For ensuring bearing design parameter, it has the certain reference value.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing partial load to slewing bearings of ladle turret is provided to prevent partial wear or damage of the slewing bearings to use the slewing bearings semipermanently by solving load partiality phenomena generated on the slewing bearings due to weight unbalance between two ladles mounted on the ladle turret. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a roller part(10) comprising a roller(7) for supporting guide rails(5) fixed to a lower surface of rotation main body(120) of the ladle turret to sustain lopsided load amount applied to rotation bearing(130), wherein the roller part is mounted on base main body(110) of the ladle turret; an induction part comprising a load cell for sensing load amount applied to the roller part; a hydraulic part(30) comprising a hydraulic cylinder(32) for lifting and lowering the roller part according to the load amount sensed in the induction part; and an operation part(50) for controlling the hydraulic part by receiving load values of two ladles fixed to the ladle turret and the load values of the roller part obtained by the induction part, wherein lopsided load applied to the rotation bearing is reduced while ladle containing molten steel is being moved from a molten steel receiving side to a mold side.

The translational system and the rotation system are in transition connection through a moving disc, and the rotation system and the lifting system are in transition connection through a rotating disc; the lifting system and the fine adjusting system are in transition connection through a central knuckle ball bearing, and the fine adjusting system and the grasping system are in transition connection through a fine adjusting shaft. The hydraulic shield tunneling machine duct piece assembling device has the advantages that when rolling, pitching and spinning are carried out, the actions are not interfered by one another, and system stability is improved; the rotation system and the translational system are connected through a single-row four-point contact ball type slewing bearing, and vibration of the rotation system is reduced; the simple automatic grasping system is designed, and grasping is more convenient.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a cross pin roller type slewing bearing. The cross pin roller type slewing bearing comprises an inner ring and an outer ring, wherein an annular raceway is arranged between matching surfaces of the inner ring and the outer ring, a cross section of the annular raceway is quadrilateral, a plurality of pin rollers are arranged in the annular raceway and distributed in a ring shape along the annular raceway, an annular groove is respectively arranged between the matching surfaces of the inner ring and the outer ring above the annular raceway and below the annular raceway, and an annular sealing strip is arranged in each annular groove. An oil hole leading to the annular raceway is arranged on the outer ring, a nozzle is arranged on the outer ring, and a gear ring is arranged on an outer wall of the outer ring. The cross pin roller type slewing bearing has a reasonable structure; the shape of the annular raceway between the inner ring and the outer ring of an existing slewing bearing is changed, original rollers are replaced by the pin rollers, and therefore bearing capacity of the slewing bearing is effectively enlarged; and the cross pin roller type slewing bearing is widely used in the occasions that the size of a host structure is limited and large bearing capacity is needed.
