Abstract: The utility model relates to the technical field of thickeners in the mineral processing technology, and especially a protection device for a thickener slewing bearing and a drive motor. The device comprises an original drive circuit of a thickener, a slide wire, a current collector, a three-phase current transformer, a drive motor protector, a trip and sound-light alarm device, and an RS485/RS232 converter, wherein the three-phase current transformer, the drive motor protector, the trip and sound-light alarm device and the RS485/RS232 converter are disposed among the drive circuit, the slide wire and the current collector, and are connected sequentially. A first circuit breaker of a shunt release is disposed among the slide wire, the current collector and the motor, or a second circuit breaker QF2 is disposed between a driver circuit of the drive motor and a three-phase power supply. The RS485/RS232 converter is connected with an upper computer and a display. The device protects the drive motor, and also protects the thickener slewing bearing. The device can protect the slide wire of the drive motor against poor contact or phase failure, so the device can achieve the comprehensive protection. The device is high in protection precision, is accurate in operation, is high in resistance to interference, and can effectively protect the thickener slewing bearing.

Abstract: The invention discloses a rotary type belt conveyor with a controllable angle. The rotary type belt conveyor comprises a conveyor body installed on a bracket; a conveying belt is matched with a conveying belt drive motor; the outer ring of a slewing bearing is connected to the bracket while the inner ring is connected to a pedestal through a bolt; a gear is matched with the outer teeth of the slewing bearing; a rotary motor is matched with the gear; the center shaft of the slewing bearing is connected to the spindle of an encoder; an angle controller is connected to the rotary motor through a wire for controlling starting, stopping and rotation direction of the rotary motor. The rotary type belt conveyor with the controllable angle provided by the invention is additionally provided with the slewing bearing, the encoder, the angle controller, the rotary motor and the gear on basis of the existing conveyor. The angle controller controls the starting, stopping and rotation direction of the rotary motor through electrical signals feed back from the encoder, and thereby accurately controlling the rotation angle of the conveyor. Therefore, the purpose of precise rotation angle and accurate directional material conveyance of the conveyor is achieved.

According to the split single-row ball slewing bearing, a single-row ball slewing bearing is divided into two semicircular slewing bearings, each half slewing bearing serves as a whole and comprises the half inner ring, the half outer ring, a half isolation block, the half steel ball and the half sealing ring. During assembly, the two identical semicircular slewing bearings directly constitute the slewing bearing. In this case, since the inner ring, the outer ring and the retainer are divided into the two halves capable of being dismounted freely, the slewing bearing can be replaced or maintained simply and quickly without dismounting a whole upper rack and without limitation of fields.
