Abstract: The utility model discloses an excavator used safely. The excavator used safely comprises a bucket, an excavator frame, a walking mechanism and a slewing bearing. The slewing bearing is arranged at the upper end of the walking mechanism, the excavator frame is arranged at the upper end of the slewing bearing, a balance weight is arranged at the rear end of the excavator frame, a cab is arranged at the front end of the excavator frame, and a slewing control valve is arranged in the cab; the bucket is connected with the excavator frame through a bucket rod and a moving arm, one end of the bucket is connected with detachable bucket teeth, the two sides of the bucket are provided with detachable excavation expanding teeth, and the outer surface of the bottom of the bucket is provided with deeply-excavating teeth. The excavator used safely further comprises an induction device which comprises a sensor arranged on the balance weight and a processor arranged in the cab and connected with the sensor and the processor is connected with the slewing control valve; due to the arrangement of the excavation expanding teeth and the deeply-excavating teeth, the excavating effect is improved; due to the arrangement of the detachable excavation teeth, the detachable excavation teeth can be replaced and cost is saved; due to the arrangement of the induction device, the excavator is prevented from striking barriers on the rear side in the slewing operation process and safety is improved.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a pitch-type swallow-tailed arm which comprises a mounting seat, and is characterized in that a swallow-tailed arm support seat is connected to the upper part of the mounting seat through a slewing bearing; the mounting seat is fixed with the inner ring of the slewing bearing; the swallow-tailed arm support seat is fixed to the outer ring of the slewing bearing; a first swallow-tailed arm and a second swallow-tailed arm are connected to the swallow-tailed arm support seat through pin shafts, and conduct pitching movement by taking the pin shafts as centers respectively; a first cylinder mounting frame and a second cylinder mounting frame are arranged on the swallow-tailed arm support seat, and are in rotational connection with the cylinder bodies of a first cylinder and a second cylinder respectively; the piston rod of the first cylinder is in rotational connection with the first swallow-tailed arm; and the piston rod of the second cylinder is in rotational connection with the second swallow-tailed arm. The pitch-type swallow-tailed arm can be in a steeved state during work; and after work, a lift vessel enters a parapet, a window-cleaning machine is moved to a rest area through a travelling mechanism, and the swallow-tailed arm is folded, so as to achieve the concealed effect.

The marine hydraulic slewing crane is simple in structure, convenient to operate, capable of changing the parking angle of a suspension arm according to circumstances, effectively avoids the phenomena that a driver compartment is blocked and a steel wire rope deflects and is disengaged from a groove, improves working efficiency and using safety, and has the good using and popularization value. The marine hydraulic slewing crane comprises a base. A rotary table tower is installed on the base through a slewing bearing. The suspension arm is hinged to one side of the top of the rotary table tower. A hydraulic winch is installed at the upper end of the suspension arm. A tackle device is installed at the head of the suspension arm. One end of the steel wire rope is connected with the hydraulic winch, and the other end of the steel wire rope penetrates through the tackle device to be connected with a lifting hook. A first fixing piece is arranged on one side of the lower portion of the rotary table tower. A second fixing piece is arranged at the bottom of the suspension arm. A derricking cylinder is installed between the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece. An angle indicator is arranged at the side portion of the suspension arm.

Abstract: The utility model relates to an automatic lubrication device used for a slewing mechanism bearing outer gear ring, which comprises an upper turntable and a door frame, wherein the upper turntable and the door frame are connected with a slewing bearing inner ring and a slewing bearing outer ring through a bolt respectively; an electric centralized lubrication pump is communicated with a lubricating point of the slewing bearing inner ring by a lubricating pipeline; a plurality of lubricating branches are formed by the lubricating point of the slewing bearing inner ring via parallel connection; an end of the upper turntable is connected with a base support; and a lubricating mechanism is installed on the base support. According to the utility model, oil supply can be realized in the process of rotary motion by adding a PLC controller to control a magnetic valve and the lubricating oil, though an uniformly distributed oil passage of a lubricating gear shaft and a plurality of uniformly distributed oil passage in a lubricating nylon small gear meshing with the slewing bearing outer ring, uniformly lubricates the slewing bearing outer ring via transfer of the gear surface, therefore, time and effort are saved and the degree of automatic lubrication is high.

According to the overhead electric tire crane, a lifting part of a floating type crane is mounted on the under frame which can move voluntarily, and the hoisting position can be adjusted by the overhead electric tire crane as required, so that the maneuvering characteristics are improved under the circumstance of ensuring the elevating capacity, the hoisting height and the hoisting amplitude, and the application range of the overhead electric tire crane is relatively wide.
