Abstract: The utility model relates to a machining device for slewing bearing holes, which is characterized by mainly comprising a main workbench, a support, a slewer and support roller units. The main workbench mainly is mainly welded with upper and lower annular flanges I, a seat ring I and a rib plate I. The support mainly consists of upper and lower annular flanges II, a seat ring II and a rib plate II. A slewing bearing is arranged on the support between the lower annular flange I and the upper annular flange II. The main workbench is arranged on the slewing bearing. The right sidewall of the seat ring II is perforated and equipped with a deceleration motor. The output shaft of the deceleration motor is equipped with a pinion and the pinion is correspondingly engaged with the ring gear of the slewing bearing. The drilling work platform of a rocker arm and the concrete foundation of the rocker arm are circumferentially and uniformly equipped with support roller units corresponding to the position of an annular holding surface arranged on the bottom of the annular flange I. Due to the adoption of the machining device, all holes can be machined only through one-shot clamping. The machining device also has the advantages of high efficiency, good quality and high safety.

The transformer substation water flushing robot comprises a vehicle body moving mechanism of a crawler-type moving chassis structure, the vehicle body moving mechanism is connected with a slewing platform of a lifting mechanism through a slewing bearing, a multi-section multi-pole telescopic arm is installed on the slewing platform of the lifting mechanism, a small arm of the multi-section multi-pole telescopic arm is connected with a working table of a hydraulic giant flushing mechanism through a levelling oil cylinder, a hydraulic giant is connected to a hydraulic giant frame of the hydraulic giant flushing mechanism, a tracking camera is fixed to the hydraulic giant frame, and an ultrasonic diastimeter is installed under the tracking camera. The robot works at the safe distance, it is ensured that the starting point and the terminal point of a flushing trajectory are positioned accurately, and therefore flushing quality and efficiency are improved.

The inner ring (3.1) comprises a positioning journal (3.1.1) and a bearing journal (3.1.2). The positioning journal (3.1.1) and the bearing journal (3.1.2) are arranged in an eccentric mode. Upper and lower angular contact bearings (4) are arranged between the inner ring (3.1) and the outer ring (3.2). The center shaft fine adjustment and precision transmission rotary reducer is compact in structure, can accurately adjust the worm wheel and worm meshing clearance and can also eliminate the axial and radial intervals of the slewing bearing, thereby being high in transmission accuracy and good in waterproof performance.
