Abstract: The invention relates to a slewing bearing with three rows of rollers. The slewing bearing comprises an upper inner ring, a lower inner ring, and an outer gear ring. The upper inner ring and the lower inner ring are fixedly connected to form an inner ring structure. A boss is arranged on a side of the outer gear ring. An upper race is formed on the edge of the upper inner ring and the upper surface of the boss. An upper roller is arranged in the upper race. A lower race is formed on the edge of the lower inner ring and the lower surface of the boss. A lower roller is arranged in the lower race. A radial race is arranged between the side of the boss and the inner ring structure. A radial roller is arranged in the radial race. A cross section of the boss is a trapezoid. An included angle theta is formed between the upper surface of the boss and a horizontal plane. An included angle alpha is formed between the race plane of the upper inner ring and the horizontal plane. The slewing bearing provided by the invention is advantaged in reasonable structure and reliable application. With the slewing bearing provided by the invention, the abrasion of the rollers and the races can be effectively reduced, the bearing capacity of the slewing bearing can be improved, and the service life of the slewing bearing is long.

Abstract: Wind power bearing is the key part of wind power devices.As the crucial component of bearing,the bearing ring plays a decisive role in the life and the reliability of the devices.Radial axial ring rolling is an advanced rotary plastic forming technology for manufacturing large seamless bearing rings,slewing bearings and flange rings.Currently,the bearing ring raceways of many typical ball bearings used in wind power devices are processed by cutting,which has large material consumption and low productivity.Moreover,the poor distribution of metal flow line weakens the mechanical properties.Focusing on the typical large double-raceway wind power bearing ring,this paper carried out a numerical and experimental study on raceway rolling.The design methods of the main forming parameters were proposed through theoretical analysis of ring rolling at first.Then a coupled thermal-mechanical finite element model for radial-axial rolling of bearing ring was established,and the feeding procedure of the rolling process was optimized by simulation analysis.Finally,the rolling experiment was performed and the qualified bearing ring was successfully rolled based on the simulation result.The research in this paper achieved the direct forming of raceway of large wind power bearing ring by rolling,which could provide an effective technological and theoretical instruction for processing the large bearing rings and slewing bearings in wind power and other fields with savings of material and energy.

The special-shaped slewing bearing is allocated on a sighting bin in the sighting vehicle cabin. According to the scheme, the structure complexity of the overall huge sighting vehicle cabin can be greatly reduced, the mechanical efficiency of the overall system is improved, and meanwhile the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To miniaturize a slewing type excavator by a method in which a swivel joint-fitting bracket is set and fixed to a swivel joint-setting base projected from the middle of a traveling frame to the inside of a slewing bearing base, and a protective cover is fixed to the lower part of the bracket. CONSTITUTION:A slewing frame F is set through a slewing bearing B on a crawler type traveler C and a boom device A is provided in a bilaterally and vertically turning manner on the front end, and a bucket is set on the tip. An engine E is provided on the frame F in such a way as to enable it to turn through 360 deg. on the bearing B. Swivel joints are set on swivel joint bases 4 and 5 projected from traveling frames 7 and 8, a fitting bracket 3 on the lower end of a fixing cylinder 1 is fixed to the upside of the bases 4 and 5, and a rectangular protective cover 6 is fixed to the downside. The lowest level on the ground's surface can thus be set high, and the slewing frames.
