Abstract: The utility model provides an excavator and a slewing bearing of the excavator, wherein the slewing bearing of the excavator comprises an external rolling ring, an internal rolling ring and a plurality of rolling bodies between the internal rolling ring and the external rolling ring; an internal wall of the external rolling ring is provided with a first groove encircled into a circle; a cylindrical surface of the internal rolling ring is provided with a second groove encircled into a circle; the first groove and the second groove are matched to form a rolling path for holding the rolling bodies; the rolling bodies are rollers, between which spacing bodies for spacing the rollers are arranged. The excavator provided by the utility model comprises the slewing bearing provided by the utility model. The slewing bearing of the excavator can bear larger loads of all directions such as radial load, axial load and torque load, has long service life and more impact resistance and can be applied to heavy-load work in large equipment. Because the slewing bearing provided by the utility model is installed, the excavator is more applicable to work under heavy loads.

Abstract: This paper presents a computer optimization algorithm for internal geometry of slewing rings manufactured at SIRCA S.A,. already used in large size solar tracker power plant. The model takes into account the sun position on the sky and the wind speed effect. The internal geometry of the slewing ring considers the geographic position of the solar panel by using the specific country solar and wind maps, respectively. The proposed slewing rings for single and double axes solar trackers ensures the optimization of converting the solar energy in electricity by a correct orientation of the PV panel.

An axis of the shaft housing and an axis of the race are perpendicular to each other in spatial positions. The worm is positioned in the shaft housing of the base by means of the bearing. The gear top plate is arranged by means of a sliding bearing in a space formed by the race of the base and the cover plate, and engaged with the worm. According to the sliding bearing type slewing driving device, an idea of using a sliding bearing structure to replace an existing slewing bearing mechanism is put forward; the sliding bearing type slewing driving device is simple in structure and convenient to assemble.
