Abstract: The utility model relates to electromagnetic crane equipment, in particular to a rotating mechanism of an electromagnetic crane. The rotating mechanism comprises a rotating beam; a slewing bearing is arranged at the bottom of the rotating beam and is connected with a connecting support; the connecting support is connected with an electromagnetic suspended beam; an electromagnet connecting piece and an electromagnet are arranged on the electromagnetic suspended beam; the rotating beam is formed by a cross beam and a longitudinal beam in a crossing way; movable pulley are arranged at two ends of the cross beam and the longitudinal beam; the rotating beam is connected with a principle machine of the crane by steel wire ropes on the movable pulleys; a speed reducer is arranged on the rotating beam; a gear is arranged on the speed reducer; a gear is arranged on the inner surface of the slewing bearing; and the gear of the speed reducer is meshed with the gear on the inner surface of the slewing bearing. The rotating mechanism has the advantages that the rotating mechanism is not easy to sway during hoisting, hoisting is stable and labor-saving, the crane has high acting efficiency, etc.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a novel sealing groove device for preventing a slewing bearing from leaking oil. Symmetrical grooves are machined on sealing grooves of an outer ring and an inner ring of the slewing bearing, a threaded hole is tapped on the upper end face of each groove, a sealing ring is put into each sealing groove, gaps are reserved between the sealing rings and the walls of the sealing grooves, and the upper parts of the sealing rings are compacted on the upper surfaces of the grooves through two opposite smooth steel plates and fastened by bolts. Due to simple structure, the device can be machined without special customized cutters; the smooth steel plates can be manufactured into enterprise standard pieces for outsourcing, so that the slewing bearing is very easy to assemble and time-saving; and the device is low in manufacturing cost and has a good sealing effect.

Abstract: A double-row ball type slewing bearing provided with an inner ring with an outer tooth comprises the inner ring (8), an outer ring (2), a rolling body (4), an isolating block (5) and a sealing ring (6), wherein the middle part of the inner ring (8) extends out, the outer tooth (1) is processed in the extending part, and the diameter of the root of the outer tooth (1) is larger than the outer diameter of the outer ring (2); and the outer ring (2) comprises an upper outer ring and a lower outer ring which are symmetric. The double-row ball type slewing bearing can be used in occasions with special requirements for transmission output and mounting positions, namely, special occasions that the mounting position and the transmission input or output position are located on the outer ring, for example, the fields of the military industry, a ship, large engineering machinery and the like.

Abstract: To overcome the large ring gear manufacturing problems seen in slewing bearings and girth gears, pin gear drive units have been developed. Among them, a novel slewing bearing with an internal pinwheel gear set (i-PGS) is introduced in this paper. First, we consider the exact cam pinion profile of i-PGS with the introduction of a profile shift coefficient. Furthermore, a new root relief profile modification for the i-PGS cam pinion is presented. Then, the contact stresses are investigated to determine the characteristics of the surface fatigue by varying the shape design parameters. The results show that the contact stresses of i-PGS can be reduced significantly by increasing the profile shift coefficient. In addition, the contact ratio, a measure of teeth overlapping action, decreases with the decrease of the allowable pressure angle.

The utility model discloses structure letter is skilful, bearing capacity is strong, and than the tooth -like carousel compact structure of wheel round pin, gyration inertia is little, flexible movements, installed capacity is little, energy conservation and low consumption has simplified the basis, safeguard simple and convenient, not only be applicable to need turn to the roll table supply line that transports like materials such as continuous casting billet classes in the steel factory on, also can be used to the occasion that the supply line need turn to in the material roll table transportation of other trades.
