Bottom -up includes mobile device, strutting arrangement, flexible feeding device and loading attachment in proper order, strutting arrangement includes lift slewing bearing, lift slewing bearing's top is equipped with the pneumatic cylinder, the bottom of pneumatic cylinder is equipped with the hydraulic ram, the other end of hydraulic ram is connected with the telescoping device.
