Abstract: The invention discloses a hinged structure for connecting a swing bolster and two sections of vehicle bodies. The hinged structure for connecting the swing bolster and the two sections of vehicle bodies comprises an A section connection arm used for being fixedly connected with an A section vehicle body end beam, a B section connection arm used for being fixedly connected with a B section vehicle body end beam, and the swing bolster. The swing bolster is provided with a slewing bearing installation base. The A section connection arm, the B section connection arm and the swing bolster are connected through a three-ring slewing bearing installed on the slewing bearing installation base. An outer ring of the three-ring slewing bearing is fixedly connected with the A section connection arm, a middle ring of the three-ring slewing bearing is fixedly connected with the swing bolster, and an inner ring of the three-ring slewing bearing is hinged to the B section connection arm through an elastic shaft sleeve assembly. The hinged structure can effectively meet the special requirement of passing a minor-radius curve of a vehicle on the base that the vehicle is safe and reliable.

Abstract: A construction vehicle has a slewing ring on which a superstructure is rotatably mounted, and an undercarriage supporting the slewing ring. The undercarriage includes an upper chassis, having an upper propulsion device, that is rigidly connected to the slewing ring, and a lower chassis having a lower propulsion device that is mounted in a pivotable manner with respect to the upper chassis. Furthermore, a pivoting apparatus is provided in order to pivot the lower chassis relative to the upper chassis.

The lifting and steering mechanism comprises a lifting seat, a lifting driving component, a steering driving component and a plurality of sets of screw rod pairs, wherein a slewing bearing is embedded in the upper part of the lifting seat, and the upper part of the lifting seat is fixedly connected with a steering gear; the lifting driving component is engaged with the slewing bearing for transmission; the steering driving component is engaged with the steering gear for rotation; and each set of screw rod pair includes a screw rod shaft and a screw nut, and the upper part of each screw rod shaft is engaged with the slewing bearing for transmission. The lifting and steering mechanism of the AGV car is simple and reasonable in structure design, stable and reliable in structure, and small in overall volume; and at the same time, the lifting and steering mechanism can meet the lifting and rotating requirements of the AGV car for goods in any scenarios.
