TL;DR: In this paper, a brush DC motor with axial displacement restricting through Shaft with a collar arranged on rotor shaft is described. But the device has the advantages that the stator shaft has the reliable axial displacements restricting, the commutator has simple technology, light weight, low cost, solid structure, good heat dissipation and can meet high speed work requirement.
Abstract: The invention provides a brush DC motor, the both ends of a motor shell is connected fixedly with left and right cover, the left cover is provided with a left bearing location hole and a left bearing, the right cover is provided with a right bearing location hole and a right bearing, the left shaft end of rotor shaft is used for slewing bearing through the left bearing, the right shaft end of rotor shaft is used for slewing bearing through the right bearing, the device is characterized that the right end face of the right shaft outer ring is made axial displacement restricting through Shaft with a collar arranged on rotor shaft; between the left shaft and commutator is provided with conical spring, the small head end of the conical spring is supported with the right side end of the left shaft inner ring, the big end is supported with the bottom end of the commutator, the left side end of the left bearing outer ring is limited by step of the left bearing location hole. The device has the advantages that the stator shaft has the reliable axial displacement restricting, the commutator has simple technology, light weight, low cost, solid structure, good heat dissipation and can meet high speed work requirement.

Abstract: The invention relates to a glass fiber composite slewing bearing and a manufacturing method thereof. The glass fiber composite slewing bearing comprises an outer ring, an inner ring and rolling elements, wherein the inner side of the outer ring is matched with the outer side of the inner ring to form a rolling path for allowing the rolling elements to roll on; the outer ring comprises an external glass fiber layer and an internal metal layer integrated with the external glass fiber layer; the section, in the axial direction of the bearing, of the internal metal layer is T-shaped, and a ring-shaped groove A for accommodating the rolling elements is formed in the lower end of the section; a corresponding T-shaped groove is formed in the inner side of the section, in the axial direction of the bearing, of the external glass fiber layer. The glass fiber composite slewing bearing is manufactured by the method comprising the following steps: treating a mould, manufacturing the internal metal layer, placing and positioning the internal metal layer, sealing and closing the mould, conducting mould pressing, and finally conducting curing, forming and trimming. The glass fiber composite slewing bearing provided by the invention has the advantages as follows: the manufacturing method of the glass fiber composite slewing bearing is simple; the outer ring comprises the glass fiber layer and the internal metal layer integrated with the external glass fiber layer, thereby having a good insulating property and being resistant to corrosion.
