Abstract: The utility model discloses a power and data unlimited slewing transmission device of a nozzle intersecting line welder, which comprises a slewing bearing, a mandrel, a welding cable conductive device, a copper ring, a hub, a fork, a shell and the like. Wherein the inner ring of the slewing support, the copper ring and the inner ring of the hub are connected into an inner rigid body by the mandrel; the outer ring of the slewing support, a shell, the fork and the outer ring of the hub form an outer slewing body; and the outer slewing body is driven by the electric slewing mechanism of a locomotive to have slewing motion around the inner rigid body. The welding cable conductive device is provided with a welding cable outlet; and the copper ring is provided with a cable inlet. The inner ring and the outer ring of the hub can have independent slewing motion under the connection of the fork. The power and data unlimited slewing transmission device of the nozzle intersecting line welder has the advantages of ingenious and compact structure, safety and practicality, and convenient operation and use, effectively overcomes the deficiencies of hybrid strong and weak electric alignment, large mechanism and cable winding sometimes commonly existing in the power and data slewing transmission device of the prior welding equipment, realizes the unlimited slewing connection of power and data transmission and the anti-interference transmission of strong and weak power, and ensures the continuity and stability of the welding process.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a rotating mechanism of a power device of a wire sawing machine and belongs to the field of stone cutting machines. The wire sawing machine comprises a guide rail, a machine body arranged on the guide rail, a walking device and the power device, and the rotating mechanism is connected with the power device. The rotating mechanism comprises a slewing bearing device, the slewing bearing device comprises a shell and a slewing bearing arranged in the shell, the slewing bearing comprises an inner ring, an outer ring, a worm and a driving motor, the worm is connected with the outer ring in a meshed mode, and the driving motor is connected with the worm through a speed reducer. The rotating mechanism further comprises a first shaft sleeve fixed to the machine body and a second shaft sleeve fixed to the power device, the first shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the inner ring, and the second shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the outer ring. Thus, the slewing bearing device is ingeniously used in the rotating mechanism, the slewing bearing can bear large axial and radial loads, and the bearing performance of the whole rotating mechanism is improved; in addition, by means of the structure, the rotating mechanism is made to be more compact and reasonable in overall structure layout and more stable in transmission.

The planetary gooseneck steering mechanism mainly comprises a traction pin, a sun gear which is connected with a traction pin seat, a slewing bearing internal ring with an internal gear ring, a slewing bearing external ring, a steering frame which is connected with a planetary gear and a steering driving oil cylinder; the height of the traction pin seat can be different; a certain transmission ratio is generated between the movement of the traction pin seat and the steering frame through a planetary gear train; the steering frame can be connected with the single-layer or double-layer driving oil cylinder; and the oil cylinder can be connected at two positions. The planetary gooseneck steering mechanism has the advantages of being novel in design, simple and compact in structure and safe and convenient to use.
