Abstract: Failure of systems applied in machines comprising rolling and slewing bearings usually causes downtime of the entire heavy machine. The problem of failures can be aggravated by extremely difficult operating conditions, such as significant loads or a harsh environment. The entire issue inspired us to develop a method of monitoring the condition of such units. A study was carried out for six different large-scale excavators which examined strain distributions in the tested subassemblies. In order to estimate the technical condition of wheeled bogies, we used the phenomenon of strain propagation caused by the concentrated force acting in the ring girder web. Flamant theory was utilized to describe this phenomenon. Measurements were performed using strain gauges and the obtained results were compared with the FEM model. To determine whether bearing joints were in a good or bad condition, a coefficient of variation and an impulse factor were introduced as diagnostic indicators. It turned out that by evaluating these indicators, it was possible to distinguish between these two conditions. The method was successfully validated on machines that are in operation.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a concrete distributing machine, which comprises a tower body (1), a cantilever crane (3) and a slewing mechanism. The cantilever crane (3) is provided with at least one start cantilever section (31), the slewing mechanism is used for driving the start cantilever section (31) to slew relative to the tower body (1) and comprises a slewing bearing (2) and a driving device (4), the slewing bearing (2) is connected between the tower body (1) and the start cantilever section (31), the driving device (4) is in transmission connection with the slewing bearing (2) and comprises a motor (41), and the motor (41) is mounted on the start cantilever section (31). In the technical scheme, the motor is mounted on the start cantilever section to drive the start cantilever section to slew relative to the tower body. Accordingly, compared with a concrete distributing machine adopting a traditional hydraulic driving mode, the concrete distributing machine is simple in structure, convenient in arrangement, higher in service reliability and relative low in service cost.

According to the technical scheme, the combined slewing bearing capable of completing large-torque slewing comprises a slewing component, a first slewing bearing, a second slewing bearing, a shaft and a steel wire rope slewing mechanism, wherein a first shaft shoulder and a second shaft shoulder are arranged on the shaft, the first slewing bearing and the second slewing bearing are installed on the shaft in an interference sleeved mode, an inner ring of the first slewing bearing is connected with the first shaft shoulder through a first check ring, an inner ring of the second slewing bearing is connected with the second shaft shoulder through a second check ring, and an outer ring of the first slewing bearing is connected with an outer ring of the second slewing bearing through a bearing barrel. According to the combined slewing bearing capable of completing large-torque slewing, a hydraulic mode replaces a traditional motor driving mode, the anti-explosion performance is good, and the combined slewing bearing capable of completing large-torque slewing is compact in structure and suitable for being used underground.

The integrated-type plastic retainer is arranged in a roller path of the slewing bearing; an integrated plastic retainer belt with a whole section structure or a multi-section welded plastic retainer belt with the integrated structure are adopted; the plastic retainer frame is bent and shaped to be in a circular shape; the integrated plastic retainer frame is in a circular shape which is formed by the plastic retainer belt and has a reserved thermal deformation opening; spherical holes at the two ends of the thermal deformation opening are of an enclosed complete structure. The integrated-type plastic retainer is wide in adaptation property and is not limited by a slewing bearing placement way; the retainer is placed at any angle, rolling bodies in the slewing bearing can be uniformly separated from each other to guide the rolling bodies to run in the roller path, so that the uniform distribution of the load inside the slewing bearing is improved, and the stability and the low-noise property of the slewing bearing under high-speed operation are realized.
