Abstract: The utility model provides a rail type power-on water washing robot of a transformer substation. The rail type power-on water washing robot of the transformer substation comprises a vehicle body movement mechanism connected with a slewing platform of a lifting mechanism through a slewing bearing, and the slewing platform of the lifting mechanism is provided with a multi-section and multi-stage stretchable arm connected with a water gun washing mechanism through a leveling oil cylinder; an electric control system comprises a vehicle-mounted sub-system and a remote control sub-system, and the remote control sub-system and the vehicle-mounted sub-system control the vehicle body movement mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the water gun washing mechanism of the robot in a wireless mode. The rail type power-on water washing robot of the transformer substation has the advantages that the robot is used to replace manpower and finishes insulator washing operation of the transformer substation, an operator is made to be located in a safe area, the safety of the operator is guaranteed, and labor intensity is relieved. A robot body adopts a rail wheel type chassis structure, the fault rate of the system is low, the operating direction can be accurately controlled, and operation is stable.

Abstract: The utility model provides a rotary device of an automatic setting machine. The automatic setting machine comprises the rotary device, a rack, a chuck and a fixing seat. The rack is arranged on the periphery of the automatic setting machine, and the fixing seat is fixed with the rack through a connection rod. The fixing seat is arranged above the rotary device. The rotary device is characterized in that a motor is connected with a reducer, and the reducer is connected with a slewing bearing through a connection shaft, an inner ring of the slewing bearing is fixedly connected with the connection shaft, and an outer ring of the slewing bearing is provided with chain teeth. The chain teeth are meshed with a chain, a track is fixed above the chuck, the chain is arranged on the track, two ends of the chain are fixed with the track, and the reducer is fixed on the fixing seat. The rotary device of the automatic setting machine is simple in structure, high in rotation precision, small in abrasion and easy to detach, and reduces production cost and saves time and labor.

The power-on water washing robot of the converter station comprises a vehicle body movement mechanism of a crawler-type movement chassis structure, wherein the vehicle body movement mechanism is connected with a slewing platform of a lifting mechanism through a slewing bearing, the slewing platform of the lifting mechanism is provided with a multi-section and multi-stage stretchable arm, and a small arm of the multi-section and multi-stage stretchable arm is connected with a worktable of a water gun washing mechanism through a leveling oil cylinder II. The power-on water washing robot of the converter station replaces manpower to finish insulator washing operation of the converter station, enables an operator to be located in a safe area, guarantees the safety of the operator, relieves labor intensity and improves washing efficiency and the automation level.

Abstract: A double-track slewing bearing belongs to the technical field of slewing bearings, and comprises an inner steel ring, an outer steel ring, a plurality of first and second steel balls, and a plurality of first and second isolating blocks, wherein first and second tracks with round sections are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part between the inner steel ring and the outer steel ring and are respectively formed by combining two circles of grooves with semicircular sections at the outer surface of the inner steel ring and two circles of grooves with semicircular sections at the inner surface of the outer steel ring, the first and the second steel balls are respectively arranged in the first and the second tracks, the first and the second isolating blocks are respectively arranged between the adjacent first steel balls and between the adjacent second steel balls, and sealing rings are respectively arranged on the upper end and the lower end between the inner steel ring and the outer steel ring. In the double-track slewing bearing, the first and the second tracks with the round sections are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part between the inner steel ring and the outer steel ring, and the first and the second steel balls are arranged respectively in the first and the second tracks, therefore, the slewing bearing is beneficial to enhancement on the axial and radial load carrying capacity, and compared with other mode, for the compared with other mode, the structure is simple, and blank materials can be saved.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a worm-geared type slewing bearing, belonging to the slewing bearing and comprising an outer ring, an inner ring, rolling bodies and a rolling way sealing ring. A rolling way, a screwed hole and a sealing groove are processed on the inner ring; a rolling way, a screwed hole and a sealing groove are processed on the outer ring; the inner ring and the outer ring are assembled together by various rolling bodies; and the rolling way sealing ring is arranged in the sealing groove so as to protect a rolling pair from being polluted by the outer environment. The slewing bearing is characterized in that worm wheels are arranged on the periphery of the outer ring; a sealing ring groove is arranged on the periphery of the upper side of the worm gears of the outer ring and is provided with a sealing ring of a worm gear pair so as to protect a worm gear motion pair from being polluted by the outer environment; when in use, the worm gear on the outer ring and an additional worm are assembled correspondingly so as to protect the worm gear transmission pair; and therefore, the slewing mechanism has larger transmission ratio, self-locking capacity and compact structure.
