Abstract: The utility model provides a braking type slewing drive device with a braking structure. Normally, a brake is arranged on a normal slewing drive device, and the brake is composed of a push rod, a braking block, a braking valve and the like. When braking is carried out, the braking valve drives the push rod to extend out to push the braking block to move forward through an inclined plane of the push rod, the braking block and the outer gear ring of a slewing bearing are made to be meshed with each other, and therefore the purpose of braking is achieved. When the slewing drive device needs to work normally, the braking valve sends back the push rod to drive the braking block to be sent back simultaneously, the braking block and the slewing bearing are made to be separated, and therefore the braking is cancelled. The brake is added to the braking type slewing drive device, therefore, emergency braking can be carried out on the slewing drive device when an emergency situation occurs, and the purpose of protecting the slewing drive device or personnel is achieved.

The large slewing bearing test device comprises axial loading oil cylinders (3), a radial loading oil cylinder (15) and overturning moment loading oil cylinders (12); wherein an accompany bearing (5) is connected with a base (9) by a lower flange cylinder (4), a test bearing (7) is connected with a loading arm (11) by an upper flange cylinder (8); the axial loading oil cylinders (3) and the overturning moment loading oil cylinders (12) are connected with the loading arm (11) respectively by lugs I (10) and lugs II (13); the radial loading oil cylinder (15) is arranged in a radial bearing rack (16), and the base (9) is provided with a limiting pole (1) for limiting the radial displacement. The actual working conditions of the bearing are fully simulated, the relatively accurate experimental data is obtained, a theoretical basis for designing and improving the products of the bearing, and the performance of the products is ensured.

Abstract: The paper Introduces a new type of sliding slewing bearing based on a high polymer material.Compared with common rolling slewing bearing,this new type of sliding slewing bearing has many advantages like simple structure,easy processing,lower costs,easy maintenance,large carrying capacity and so on.The external load(overturning moment,axial load and radial load) on the new type sliding slewing bearing was theoretically analyzed.According to the analysis,the relationship between structure sizes and carrying capacity is defined,and a design method of the sliding slewing bearing was proposed,defining the main structure sizes.Finally,sliding slewing bearing was compared with ordinary rolling slewing bearing,its advantages as low consumption,cost-effective,low cost,wide range of applications and so on is further explained.

A slewing bearing is arranged at the inner bottom of the shell and connected with a speed reducer through a transmission mechanism. The speed reducer is connected with a motor, an eccentric tray is arranged at the upper end of the slewing bearing, a discharging device is arranged at the lower end of the slewing bearing, and a movable jaw plate and static jaw plate are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the eccentric tray. The secondary combustion chamber subsequent incineration processing device guarantees complete incineration of materials, achieves cooling of furnace slag, and well overcomes the defects of a secondary combustion chamber.
