Abstract: The utility model discloses a speed reducing mechanism for a vertical-shaft planetary mixer. The speed reducing mechanism comprises a speed reducer case, a case power input bulging shaft, top slewing bearings, bottom slewing bearings, a low-speed planet wheel, a high-speed planet wheel, a power input pinion, a high-speed shaft and a low-speed shaft, wherein the lateral length of the speed reducer case (2) is larger than the front-and-back length of the speed reducer case (2); both the top slewing bearings (4) and the bottom slewing bearings (5) are located in the middle of the speed reducer case (2); tops of outer rings of the top slewing bearing (4) and the bottom slewing bearing (5) are higher than those of inner rings; the inner ring of the top slewing bearing (4) is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the bottom slewing bearing (5); the inner ring of the top slewing bearing (4) is fixedly connected onto a mixer case. With the adoption of the speed reducing mechanism, the mixing uniformity of materials with different viscosity can be guaranteed effectively, and dispersion is more thorough.

Abstract: The invention discloses a crane suitable for roadway hoisting. The crane comprises a getting-off part and a getting-on part, the getting-off part includes a frame, a base, a slewing bearing and the like, the getting-on part includes a duckbill-type cargo boom structure and the like, the lower part of the base is connected to the frame, the lower part is connected to a rotary table through the slewing bearing, the four corners of the base are provided with four support lugs, and the four support lugs are hinged to four landing legs. The frame is a steel structure frame, the rear part is connected with two rear wheels through an axle, and the front part is hinged to two front wheels; a tow bar is drawn out from an axle of the front wheels and is used for being connected with other vehicles,and the walking function of the crane is realized; one end of the duckbill-type cargo boom structure is hinged to the rotary table, and the other end is a free end so as to be used for lifting heavy objects, one end of a lifting cylinder is hinged to the rotary table, and the other end of the lifting cylinder is hinged to the duckbill-type cargo boom structure; and the rotary motor is installed atthe front end of the rotary table and is meshed with the slewing bearing, and lifting, jacking and turning functions of the crane can be realized. The crane solves the problem about heavy object lifting in a tunnel or a culvert.

Abstract: The invention relates to a high-precision automatic docking device and a docking method thereof. The docking device comprises a bottom frame, and a slewing bearing platform installed on the bottom frame through a transverse and longitudinal guide rail set. An electric control cabinet and a battery cabinet are arranged at the positions, on the two sides of the slewing bearing platform, of the bottom frame corresponding. A drive wheel assembly and driven wheel assemblies are installed at the bottom of the bottom frame. Lifting supporting leg assemblies are arranged at the four corners of the bottom frame. A posture detection alarm system and a tracking system are further correspondingly arranged at the front end and the bottom of the bottom frame. The transverse and longitudinal guide rail set, a slewing bearing of the slewing bearing platform, the drive wheel assembly, the supporting leg assemblies, the posture detection alarm system and the tracking system are connected with the electric control cabinet. The docking device has the beneficial effects of being simple in structure, convenient to use, high in automation degree and high in centering precision. The docking method has thebeneficial effects of being easy to achieve, reasonable in logic, high in executing efficiency, capable of achieving redundancy standby protection, safe and reliable; and the requirement for operators and operation space is lowered, and the work efficiency is improved.
