Abstract: A numerically controlled grinder special for slewing bearing processing comprising a grinder body and a workbench, a column and a grind head assembly, a grinding wheel dresser, a numerical control system and a cooling system. The grinder body and the workbench comprise working turntable components including a working turntable seat, a working turntable and a turntable motor. The working turntable components are mounted on an X-axis rail of the grinder body and moves on the X-axis left to right driven by an X-axis servo motor and a ball screw mounted inside the grinder body to complete grind feed processing of the X-axis. A workpiece mounted on the working turntable is driven by the turntable motor to rotate with the turntable to complete rotate feed processing. The grind head assembly comprises a grind head motor, a grind head component is composed of a rotary grind head seat and a grind head grinding wheel; and the grind head motor is mounted on the rotary grind head seat, and the grind head grinding wheel is driven by a main shaft of the rotary grind head seat to rotate so as to complete grind processing. The surface of the grinding wheel can be trimmed to be in a shape of slewing bearing rolling grooves by the grinding wheel dresser. By the aid of the numerically controlled grinder, the inner and outer cycle faces, the rolling grooves and a mounting plane of the slewing bearing can be clamped and grind processed in one step synchronously.

Abstract: The invention discloses an orchard self-propelled lifting operation platform which comprises a hydraulic system, a traveling mechanism and an engine (13). The orchard self-propelled lifting operation platform is characterized by being provided with a rotary device, a lifting device, an operating platform and an operation table. The rotary device comprises a rotary component and a rotary upright column (3), the rotary component comprises a hydraulic motor (15), a worm and gear reducing mechanism (16) and a slewing ring bearing (14), and the rotary upright column can perform a 360-degree stable rotation on a base plate through the slewing ring bearing. The lifting device comprises a support arm (6), a lifting arm (5) and a lifting oil cylinder (4), and the operation table (9) can ascend or descend in a range from 1m to 6m. Each of the four corners of the base plate is respectively provided with a support leg (12) and a support leg controlling oil cylinder (19). The orchard self-propelled lifting operation platform has the advantages of being flexible in moving and traveling, free in lifting and rotating, and convenient and safe to operate.

Abstract: The utility model provides a folding arm type crane of a drilling platform, which is used for pick-and-place operation of a drill rod of an offshore petroleum drilling platform deck. A base is fixed on the deck close to a drill rod arrangement frame, and the top of the base is provided with a tower body swing mechanism and a rotary tower body, wherein the rotary tower body is provided with an armsupport part which comprises a main arm, a folding arm and a telescopic arm; the main arm is articulated on the top of the rotary tower body and is supported on the rotary tower body by a luffing hydraulic cylinder, and the other end of the main arm is articulated with the folding arm; the folding arm is supported on the main arm by a folding arm hydraulic cylinder, and the other end of the folding arm is connected with the telescopic arm by a telescopic hydraulic cylinder; and the other end of the telescopic arm is articulated with a rotating mechanism of an end clamp holder. The tower body swing mechanism comprises a slewing bearing inner ring, a slewing bearing outer ring and a swing support seat, wherein the slewing bearing inner ring is connected with the rotary tower body arranged atthe upper part of the slewing bearing inner ring by a high strength bolt, the slewing bearing outer ring is connected with the swing support seat positioned at the lower part of the slewing bearing outer ring by the high strength bolt, and the swing support seat is welded at the upper part of the base.
