Abstract: The utility model provides a welding device for welding vertical circular seams of a pressure vessel. The welding device comprises a base, a jack, a slewing device, a positioning device, a pressure vessel protecting device, a welding gun clamping device, a welding gun and a control cabinet. The jack is arranged on the side portion of the bottom of the base, the slewing device comprises a slewing platform, a slewing bearing, a slewing bottom frame and a gear motor. The gear motor can drive the slewing platform to stably rotate at a low speed under a load bearing condition. The positioning device is fixedly mounted at the center of the slewing platform. The pressure vessel protecting device comprises a bracket support and a rolling device. The welding gun clamping device is arranged beside the slewing device and provided with a welding gun cross-shaped adjusting frame, and the welding gun is fixedly mounted on the welding gun cross-shaped adjusting frame. The control cabinet is arranged beside the base and connected with the gear motor and the welding gun through wires. Mechanical automatic welding operation is used in the welding device, and the welding device is suitable for welding large and super-large pressure vessels, is high in welding quality and work efficiency, and can lower production labor cost.

Abstract: The invention relates to a roof surface crane for a building. The roof surface crane includes a lower slewing bearing, a boom, a central vertical frame and a winding engine; the lower slewing bearing is fixedly mounted on a roof of the building; the central vertical frame is vertically fixed on the center of the lower slewing bearing; the winding engine is mounted on the lower slewing bearing; the tail of the boom is hinged to the lower slewing bearing, and the head of the boom is connected with a hook by a main steel rope; the main steel rope passes through a pulley of the head of the boom and then is connected with the winding engine; the head of the boom is connected with the head of the central vertical frame through a luffing steel wire rope; the head of the central vertical frame is provided with two supporting rods in a hinged mode; the supporting rods are hinged with the roof. With utilization of the roof surface crane, a balancing weight block, upper structures and the like of an internally-climbing tower type hoist are lifted to the roof, and then are lifted to the ground from the roof one by one after being respectively disassembled into smallest units, so that the internally-climbing tower type hoist is dismantled.

In a protrusion-side bearing ring (1), a seal-anchoring-side slanted part (13a) that slants toward a groove bottom-side portion so as to be positioned to the outside in the axial direction is provided at the inner surface of an anchoring groove (13) at the groove-side surface of the peripheral surface of the base part (6).

The heavy vehicle tire changer provided by the utility model is simple and convenient in overall installation and convenient to maintain and is suitable for being used in dismounting operation of tires of which the weight exceeds over 2.5 tons.

The wheeled transportation device is arranged at the bottom of the loader, the loading and unloading device enables a car hopper (2) with a box type structure to be fixed above the left end of a vehicle platform (21) of the wheeled transportation device through a hinged shaft (1), and the excavating device mainly comprises an operating mechanism and a slewing mechanism, wherein the slewing mechanism comprises a rotating base (16), a bracket (11),a slewing platform (5), a slewing bearing (8), a central rotary connector (9) and a hydraulic rotary motor (7); the lower end of the rotating base (16) is connected with the vehicle platform (21), and the upper end of the rotating base (16) is a flange type end surface and connected with the lower end of the bracket (11) in a matched manner; and the slewing platform (5) is supported at the upper end of the bracket (11) and a stand (6) connected with the operating mechanism is arranged at the left end of the slewing platform (5). The wheeled excavating loader improves the operating efficiency,saves the labor cost and is especially suitable for working in the crowded construction environment.
