Abstract: The utility model relates to a pin-type slewing bearing which comprises an outer gear ring, an inner ring and a steel ball, wherein the steel ball is positioned in a roller path between the outer gear ring and the inner ring; the outer gear ring is formed by sticking the end surfaces of two semi-ring-shaped parts together; the inner ring is also formed by sticking the end surfaces of two semi-ring-shaped parts together; the two semi-ring-shaped parts of the outer gear ring are connected into a whole by virtue of an upper connecting plate of the outer gear ring, a lower connecting plate of the outer gear ring, a connecting bolt and a locating taper pin; and the two semi-ring-shaped parts of the inner ring are connected into a whole by virtue of an upper connecting plate of the inner ring, a lower connecting plate of the inner ring, a connecting bolt and a locating taper pin After being cut, the slewing bearing is fixed by the connecting bolts, the locating taper pins and the connecting plates; and when the slewing bearing is disassembled and assembled for use, the two separated semi-circles of the outer gear ring and the inner ring are conveniently and freely combined with each other, so that the slewing bearing can be replaced and used without disassembling the products of a mainframe, and the problem that the slewing bearing can not be replaced since the products of the one-piece mainframe can not be disassembled can be solved The pin-type slewing bearing is simple in operation and convenient to use, and can be used for lowering the use cost and greatly improving the product use efficiency

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for operating and/or maintaining a wind turbine, wherein the wind turbine comprises a hub element (1) at which a number of blades (2) is mounted, wherein a slewing bearing (3) is arranged between the hub element (1) and a blade (2) for adjusting the blade position relatively to the hub element (1), wherein a pitch drive (4) is provided for adjusting the blade position, wherein first connection means (5) are provided for fixing the blade (2) to a first ring (6) of the slewing bearing (3) and wherein second connection means (7) are provided for fixing the hub element (1) to a second ring (8) of the slewing bearing (3). To facilitate maintaining of the wind turbine the invention is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of: a) Mounting third connection means (9) for establishing a firm connection between the hub element (1) and a blade (2); b) Dismounting at least the first connection means (5); c) Turning the first ring (6) of the slewing bearing (3) around a predetermined angle by means of the pitch drive (4) relative to the blade (2); d) Mounting the first connection means (5) between the blade (2) and the first ring (6) of the slewing bearing (3); e) Dismounting the third connection means (9) between the hub element (1) and the blade (2).

The utility model has the technical scheme that the slewing bearing flange of the gantry crane comprises a flange plate and a barrel body, wherein the flange plate and the transition cylindrical barrel body are uniformly provided with knee plates at intervals; the flange plate and the barrel body are welded together. A manufacturing process of the flange comprises the following steps of: forging a bar material into a straight square blank with allowance, thermally treating and roughly processing the bar material through a machine; then, pressing into required equal circular ring blocks by an oil pressing machine, cutting the allowance, chamfering, assembling a sample on a platform, and splicing and welding into a circular ring; and finally, finely processing into a flange plate with required size. The utility model has the advantages easy manufacturing, high finished product rate and low cost.
