Abstract: The invention discloses a direct shear test system for anisotropy of geosynthetics and an implementation method of the direct shear test system The direct shear test system comprises a test bed rack, a slewing bearing, a dial, a lower shearing box, an upper shearing box, a vertical loading device, a horizontal loading device, a guide rail, a displacement sensor, a slewing bearing control device and a bearing plate, wherein the guide rail and the displacement sensor are arranged on the test bed rack; the dial and the slewing bearing control device are respectively arranged on the slewing bearing; the vertical loading device is arranged on the slewing bearing sequentially through the bearing plate, the upper shearing box and the lower shearing box; the lower shearing box is driven to rotate by the slewing bearing; the cross section of a geosynthetic which needs to be subjected to a shear test is round, and the diameter of the geosynthetic is same as the outer diameter of the lower shearing box; the horizontal loading device is connected with the slewing bearing and can slide on the guide rail According to the direct shear test system for the anisotropy of the geosynthetics, the technical problem that the engineering practice cannot be truly reflected by the interface mechanical characteristics of the geosynthetics and fillings which are obtained in the test in the prior art is solved

Abstract: The invention provides a transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism is characterized by comprising a slewing bearing arranged on a rotation body in a sleeving manner; a pin wheel is firmly fixed to the outer ring of the slewing bearing; at least two gears are engaged with pin teeth of the pin wheel to form pin tooth transmission; the gears are connected with a zero-backlash speed reducer; and the zero-backlash speed reducer is directly connected with output shafts of two alternating-current servo motors controlled by a numerical control system with a double-servo-motor driving clearance removing technology. According to the other technical scheme of the invention, a rotating rack used for a spaceflight storage tank and a particle treatment instrument is provided. The rotation rack comprises a rotation body and is characterized in that the above transmission mechanism drives the rotation body to rotate; and a front rotation power base is arranged at the front end of the rotation body, and a rear rotation bracket base is arranged at the rear end of the rotation body. According to the designed rotation rack, a circle of large-load-bearing rollers are adopted for forming a load bearing machine base supporting the rotation rack, non-sliding driving and positioning are achieved under the cooperation of the gears or the pin teeth, and meanwhile a rotation angle value is obtained in a non-sliding manner according to a certain speed ratio through the gears or the pin teeth.

Abstract: The invention discloses equipment and a method for assembling an impeller of an offshore wind power generator unit. The equipment for assembling the impeller of the offshore wind power generator unit, provided by the invention, comprises a slewing bearing, a cylindrical support body and a driving unit, wherein the outer ring of the slewing bearing is fixed on a mounting platform; the cylindrical support body is connected to the inner ring of the slewing bearing and can rotate together with the inner ring; the upper flange of the cylindrical support body is provided with a hole used for mounting an impeller hub; the driving unit is arranged at the outer side of the main body of the cylindrical support body and can rotate together with the cylindrical support body; and the driving unit is used for driving a pinion wheel meshed with the outer gear ring of the slewing bearing to rotate. According to the equipment and the method, the hidden trouble that a vane can fall into the sea when the impeller is assembled on the sea can be eliminated.
