Abstract: A swivel bearing (18) of a truck slewing crane (11) with a perpendicular slewing axis is supported on a truck (10). The crane bridge (20) of the slewing crane (11) runs horizontally and is supported on the base surface by a crane support (21) at the end opposite the swivel bearing (18). Such truck slewing cranes (11) can be used in particular on light trucks, the frames of which are not robust enough to be able to absorb bending moments.

Abstract: Mechanical model with detailed design parameters of a rotor slewing bearing with the structure type of double-row tapered roller for supporting the rotor of the wind turbine was presented. The internal geometrical relationships of the rotor slewing bearing were established in the Cartesian coordinate system. The elastic contact deformations between each tapered roller and the raceways were expressed through the geometrical transformation. The mechanical model was established using the equilibrium relations in the rotor slewing bearing. The safety factor and the fatigue life which represents, respectively, the ability of resisting the rolling contact plastic deformation failure and the rolling contact fatigue failure of the rotor slewing bearing were obtained based on the solution of the mechanical model. Effects of the detailed design parameters such as axial clearance, contact angle, and roller semi-cone angle on the carrying capacity of the rotor slewing bearing were analyzed. The results show that right amount of small negative axial clearance, increase in contact angle, and decrease in roller semi-cone angle are advantageous for enhancing the carrying capacity of the rotor slewing bearing. This provides the basis for the reasonable value selection of the design parameters of the double-row tapered roller slewing bearing for supporting the rotor of the wind turbine.

Abstract: The invention discloses a rotary sealing system for a mixture truck. The rotary sealing system is used for rotary sealing of the mixture truck. The mixer truck comprises a mixing barrel and a movablesupport, wherein the support is provided with a rotary sealing cover by a slewing bearing and a feeding hopper. The system further comprises an overflow cylinder arranged on the rotary sealing cover and a discharging cylinder arranged at an outlet of the feeding hopper; the tail end of the discharging cylinder is positioned in a central feed cylinder of the mixing barrel; the rear end of the overflow cylinder penetrates through the slewing bearing and is positioned on the rear side of the slewing bearing; the rear end edge of the overflow cylinder is provided with an annular flange extending outward in the radial direction. According to the rotary sealing system disclosed by the invention, axial sealing at a relative rotary part is omitted, and a material at a clearance between the overflow cylinder and the discharging cylinder is directly dredged to the outside by adopting the overflow cylinder with a flange, or a central sealing ring is arranged at the clearance, and a material crossing the central sealing ring is dredged by the overflow cylinder, so that the material is prevented from being close to the slewing bearing, and the problem of untight closing of the rotary sealing cover is solved.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a double-row ball type slewing bearing, belonging to a slewing bearing. The utility model is characterized in that a middle ring is arranged between an inner ring and an outer ring, and the inner circumference and the outer circumference of the middle ring are respectively provided with an inner raceway and an outer raceway the cross sections of which are semicircular. A group of steel balls is installed between the outer raceway of the inner ring and the inner raceway of the middle ring, and a group of steel balls is also installed between the outer raceway of the middle ring and the inner raceway of the outer ring. The upper parts of the inner circumference and the outer circumference of the middle ring positioned on the upper planes of the inner ring and the outer ring are respectively provided with a rectangular ring groove and a raceway sealing ring, and the lower parts of the inner circumference of the outer ring and the outer circumference of the inner ring positioned at the lower plane of the middle ring are respectively provided with a rectangular ring groove and a raceway sealing ring to protect the raceways against pollution. Bolt holes are uniformly distributed on the upper circumference of the middle ring, and the middle ring is fixed on an upper vehicle by bolts. The inner ring and the outer ring are fixed on the chassis of a truck crane. The total height of the slewing bearing is not increased, but the bearing capability is increased by about one time. The double-row ball type slewing bearing has the advantages of reasonable design and safe and reliable use.

A second T-shaped ball race is fastened to the dredger body and there are two horizontal neighbouring rows of balls. In the area of its web (16), the second ballrace (7) consists of two parts (17,18), located together. Each row of balls (10,11) is enclosed on one side by the webs (14,15) of the U-shaped ballrace (4) and on the other side, by the two-part web of the T-shaped ball race.
