Abstract: The utility model provides a slewing bearing deep hole processing device for a through hole with the length-diameter ratio thereof greater than seven, wherein the processing method is modified and auxiliary equipment is additionally provided. Due to the adoption of the device, after one side of the through hole is drilled and positioned through a positioning pin, the other side of the through hole is docked and drilled. Therefore, the length-diameter ratio of a drill bit is reduced and the rigidity of the drill bit is improved. Meanwhile, during the processing procedure, chips are smoothly removed and the drill bit is not easily broken. Processed hole walls are good in smoothness and the diameters of processed holes are unified. The work efficiency and the precision of a numerical control high-speed drill are fully improved. The quality of products is ensured and the production efficiency is increased. The slewing bearing deep hole processing device comprises a workpiece, a positioning pin, a backing plate, a first compression bolt, a first compression nut, a second compression bolt, a second compression nut, a pressing plate and a support. The backing plate is arranged on the workbench of a machine tool. A circular ring-shaped workpiece is arranged on the backing plate. The workpiece and the backing plate are equipped with prepared holes correspondingly. The positioning pin is arranged inside the prepared holes. The slewing bearing deep hole processing device is simple in structure and convenient in operation. Due to the adoption of the device, the butt joint of deep holes can be easily realized and the requirement of the position accuracy of the holes is satisfied. The slewing bearing deep hole processing device is scientific, efficient, accurate and practicable.

Abstract: The invention discloses a dimension chain control and surface powder spraying technology of a slewing bearing. The dimension chain control of the slewing bearing comprises the steps of feeding, rough machining, fine machining, QPQ salt bath composite treatment and powder spraying to obtain a dimension chain; and the surface powder spraying of the slewing bearing comprises the steps of degreasing, cleaning, phosphatizing, cleaning, passivating, electrostatic spraying of powder, solidification and cooling. The technology using powder spraying realizes very good corrosion, impact and wear resistance effects, and when a powder sprayed layer is impacted, the powder sprayed layer deforms, does not peel and does not lose the corrosion resistance, so the service life of the slewing bearing is effectively prolonged; and dimension chain and cooperation requirements can be met through dimension chain control to realize a best assembling effect, so the reliability of the slewing bearing is improved, and the popularization use is easy.

Abstract: Provided is a deformation-preventing supporting device of a slewing bearing, wherein a great deformation circumstance of a thin-wall slewing bearing is avoided in lifting, transporting and storing process, and installation and use of the slewing bearing can be guaranteed. The deformation-preventing supporting device includes a top cover, a chassis, connecting blocks, extending arms, female thread blocks, locking nuts, bolts and jack catches; the circular top cover and the chassis are concentrically and parallelly arranged; at least three connecting blocks are uniformly distributed between the top cover and the chassis and radially disposed; the extending arms are disposed on outer ends of the connecting blocks; the female thread blocks are disposed on the outer ends of the extending arms; the locking nuts are disposed on outer sides of the female thread blocks; the bolts are disposed in the locking nuts; the jack catches are disposed on the outer ends of the bolts; and rubber layers are disposed on surfaces of the jack catches. The deformation-preventing supporting device has simple structure, convenience in operation and high stability; and a force applied to supporting of a thin-wall bearing is moderate and uniform so as to guarantee installation and use of the slewing bearing.

Abstract: The invention discloses an integral cage of a slewing bearing. Diameter of the integral cage is over 1000mm, width thereof is over 40mm, and thickness thereof is 4-8mm. The invention further discloses a production process of the integral bearing cage. The production process comprises the following steps: a) cutting off raw steel; b) abrasive machining on surface; c) punching round holes; d) abrasive machining on the punched round holes; e) roughly rounding, wherein, a non-equiangular rounding structure is employed for rounding, the non-equiangular rounding structure comprises a driving roller and two driven rollers, and the distance between contact points of the two driven rollers and the integral bearing cage is less than or equal to twice of the center distance between two adjacent circular holes; f) welding; and g) finely rounding. The production process can be adopted to produce large integral bearing cages, and the obtained large integral bearing cages have relatively simple integral molding and assembly process.
