Abstract: An automatic pickup type forage crushing robot comprises a pedestal, an extrusion function module, a crushing function module, a rotary motor, a pickup function module, a slewing bearing and a gear, and is characterized in that a square hole is formed in the left side of a desktop of the pedestal and a mounting round hole is formed in the right side of the desktop of the pedestal; the extrusion function module is placed in the modes that a hopper opens upwards and a partition plate stretches rightwards; the extrusion function module is fixedly arranged below the square hole in the left side of the pedestal; the crushing function module is placed in the mode that a round mouth faces upwards, and is fixedly arranged above the square hole in the left side of the pedestal; the slewing bearing is fixedly arranged at the position of the mounting round hole in the right side of the pedestal; involute gear teeth are processed on the outer side of the slewing bearing; the pickup function module is fixedly arranged on the slewing bearing through a base of the pickup function module. The automatic pickup type forage crushing robot has the following advantages: a crushing process and a process of extruding into block are integrated, so that the labor is greatly reduced and the efficiency is improved; a multifunctional crushing cutter can crush forge as far as possible, so that subsequent processing is facilitated; forge is process into forge blocks, so that storage and further processing are facilitated.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a casing-pipe clamping device for a full-casing-pipe full-slewing drilling machine, which relates to earthwork machinery and comprises a lifting platform, four clamping oil cylinders, connecting rods, wedge blocks and reducing spacer bushes. The wedge blocks are connected with a slewing bearing inner ring through the connecting rods, and the slewing bearing inner ring is connected with the lifting platform. The reducing spacer bushes are fan-shaped arc boards, the inner arc radius of each arc board is identical to the excircle radius of each casing pipe, a trumpet-shaped taper hole is arranged on an inner ring of a large gear ring, and the taper of the trumpet-shaped taper hole is consistent with an inclined cambered surface of each wedge block. The four clamping oil cylinders are distributed in an identical circumference mode, and the lifting platform and a power supporting platform are connected together. When oil enters rod chambers of the clamping oil cylinders, piston rods of the clamping oil cylinders retract, a lifting platform body is drawn to drive the wedge blocks move towards a transmission case, and the casing pipes are not clamped tightly until set clamping force is reached in the moving process of the wedge blocks. When casing pipes with small diameter are used, only corresponding reducing spacer bushes are required to be installed on the wedge blocks.

Abstract: The invention discloses an automatic tightening device for a slewing bearing of an excavator, and belongs to the field of construction mechanical assembly. The automatic tightening device comprises anaction execution system, a tightening machine part, an image recognition system and a control system. The action execution system controls the actions of an X-axis drive system, a Y-axis drive system, and a Z-axis drive system along the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis through the instruction information given by a given procedure of a control system. The tightening machine part is arranged on the Z-axis drive system, and realizes bolt tightening operation under the control of the control system. The image recognition system includes an industrial camera, an industrial personal computer, an LED annular light source, a light source controller and image recognition software. After receiving the coordinates of all bolts, the control system carries out coordinate operation and converts the bolt coordinates into a coordinate system where the action execution system is located. The automatic tightening device for the slewing bearing of the excavator is used for the slewing bearing assembly of excavators, the assembly quality can be guaranteed, the tightening automation is realized, the production efficiency and automation are improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and high promotional value is achieved.
