Abstract: This paper investigates the behavior of slewing ring bolted joint.Stress-deformation characteristics is analyzed and maximum tension stress equation is established via hypothesis of sine-distributed efforts on the raceway and screws uniformly distributed on the rings.Experimental measures on equipped screws are checked against theoretical calculations.Some others factors which affect the stress of bolts are introduced as well.

Abstract: The utility model provides a multifunctional cover carriage which comprises a rotating mechanism and a lifting translation mechanism, wherein the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating oil cylinder (4), a toothless slewing bearing (5) and a rotating platform (6), wherein the toothless slewing bearing (5) is arranged at the lower part of the rotating platform (6), and the rotating oil cylinder (4) can drive the rotating platform (6) to rotate; and the lifting translation mechanism comprises a lifting arm (2), a lifting translation oil cylinder (3) and first supporting arms (7), one end of each first supporting arm (7) is hinged with the rotating platform (6), the other ends of the first supporting arms (7) are connected with the lifting arm (2), and the lifting translation oil cylinder (3) can drive the first supporting arms (7) to rotate. The multifunctional cover carriage can perform translational uncovering and rotational uncovering, has the advantages of simple structure, material saving, safety in work, easiness in mounting, reliable performance, convenience in maintenance and the like, and can better adapt to complicated environments of a casting house.

Abstract: The invention provides an automatic driving steering system. A vehicle body sensor arranged around a vehicle body is used to detect a surrounding environment; a calculation processing module is used to receive a detection signal of the vehicle body sensor, and calculate and output a steering signal. The system is provided with at least two wheels, which are steering wheels, in the same row, the steering wheels are connected to the vehicle body through a fixed frame, the bottom of the fixed frame is fixedly connected with an inner ring of a slewing bearing, an outer ring of the slewing bearingis provided with external teeth and is fixed to a wheel bracket, the wheel bracket is rotatably connected with the wheels, and the wheels are driven to move forward or backward by a hub motor; a steering actuator receives a steering signal from a calculation processing module, and can mesh with the external teeth on the outer ring of the slewing ring to drive the outer ring of the slewing ring torotate. The steering is performed by the teeth meshed with each other, so that a mechanical transmission structure is omitted; the steering of the vehicle is realized by the slewing bearing, so that the rotation of a larger angle can be realized.
