Abstract: The utility model provides an improved structure of a mechanical shaft seal. In the utility model, a driving ring is internally provided with a step plane so as to form different inner diameters of a pipe, wherein, the greater pipe diameter is more than the smaller pipe diameter; a slewing ring with certain length is inserted into the position with the greater pipe diameter in the driving ring; and the step plane is equipped with a plurality of springs which prop against one end of the slewing ring. The length and sectional area of the slewing ring are increased without changing the structural length and diameter of the overall mechanical shaft seal so that the slewing ring is not easily damaged due to an external force applied by the driving ring and the like, and the durability of the mechanical shaft seal is strengthened, thus solving the problem of insufficient sectional strength of the mechanical shaft seal in the prior art.

Abstract: A calculation method of fatigue life for main shaft bearing of direct drive wind turbine was proposed. The statics models of the bearing were established and a set of equilibrium equations were obtained. By solving the equilibrium equations, the displacements of the inner ring were obtained, and the rolling element loads were calculated further. Based on the load distribution of the rollers, the fatigue life of the bearing was calculated and the influences of the clearances on it were researched. Results show that the clearances of the bearing can influence its service life distinctly. Zero axial clearance is recommended for the bearing.

Abstract: The invention relates to a big slewing ring bearing three guide post worm gear screw lifting vertical type coil winding machine, comprising a lifting system and a winding slewing system connected with the lifting system, wherein the lifting system comprises a lifting base, three or four worm gear screw lifters which are fixed on the lifting base and move on the lead screws, and a lifting driving device which drives the worm gear screw lifters to lift; the winding system comprises a slewing face plate connected with the lifting base by the big slewing ring bearing, a big gear fixed on the lower part of the slewing face plate, a small gear meshed with the big gear, a slewing reducer and a variable frequency main motor; the slewing reducer and the variable frequency main motor are directly connected with the small gear. The invention has the advantages of high efficiency, multifunction, stable running, high automatization control level, easy operation, fault-free, correct number of turnsof the coiling and low manufacturing cost, etc.

Abstract: The invention discloses a slewing bearing used for a transmitting device, belonging to the technical field of slewing bearings. The slewing bearing comprises an outer rolling ring, an inner rolling ring, an inner gear ring and a filling cup, wherein the section of the inner rolling ring is in an L shape, and a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed on an L-shaped platform; the inner gear ring and the upper end face of the inner gear ring are connected into an integral through attachment bolts, and steel balls for realizing slewing and axial and radial load bearing are annularly distributed between the joint part of the upper end face and the lower end face of the inner gear ring and the inner annular wall of the outer rolling rind; an isolating block and a sealing belt are also arranged on the inner gear ring; the pressure of the inner gear ring on the steel balls can be controlled through the attachment bolts connected with the upper end face and the lower end face of the inner gear ring through the L-shaped inner rolling ring, and the pressure of the inner gear ring on rolling balls can be adjusted and controlled, thus outer ring slewing and axial and radial load bearing are realized, the bearing capacity of the slewing bearing and the bearing capacity of people are both considered, and the high operating accuracy is ensured.
