Abstract: The invention relates to an overload protective device for a central transmission mud scraper. The overload protective device can prevent torques from overloading by means of monitoring torque values and aims at avoiding damaging a transmission mechanism due to overlarge load. To realize the purpose, a torque measuring device (4) is installed between a motor (6) and a speed changer (3) to transmit torque signals to a programmable controller (5) to control opening and closing of the motor (6). When in work, a working resistance torque is first transmitted to a slewing bearing (1), then transmitted to the speed changer (3) by the slewing bearing (1), and finally transmitted to the torque measuring device (4). Further, the resistance torque is outputted by a torque sensor (42) to the programmable controller (5); the motor (6) is controlled by setting rating load of the speed changer (3) inside the programmable controller (5), thereby preventing a driving device from overloading and protecting the mud scraper. Besides, the torque sensor (42) is connected with the speed changer (3) via involute spline pairs (44), and power is transmitted stably.

Abstract: The invention relates to a self-propelled reversed loader applied to the industry of self-propelled reversed loader feeding conveyer devices and self-propelled reversed loader unloading conveyer devices. A slewing device consists of a slewing bearing, a swinging base, a slewing driving device, a first thread connecting piece and a second thread connecting piece; the swinging base is welded by a steel plate, and the lower part of the swinging base is of a circular structure; the circular structure is provided with a bolt through hole b connected with the slewing bearing; the two sides of the upper part of the swinging base are respectively provided with a pin shaft hole c; the pin shaft hole c is used for the direct pin joint between the swinging base and a steel structure at the unloading end part of the feeding conveyer device; the slewing bearing is connected with the swinging base by virtue of the first thread connecting piece; and the slewing bearing 1 is connected with a main tower by virtue of the second thread connecting piece. The slewing device with a horizontal micro-swing function is additionally arranged onto the feeding conveyer device, and the feeding conveyer device is driven to perform rotary motion relative to the main tower by the slewing device along the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, so that the slewing device is small in space size, a support is convenient to assemble, and the working efficiency of transportation of materials can be improved.
