Abstract: Applying the finite element method, the function of finite element analysis software AnsysWorkbench is powerful. Analysis 30 groups of different groove curvature radius coefficient model in extreme condition, obtained in applying extreme working conditions, stress and deformation data. Analysis results show that the inner groove curvature coefficient is 0.525, the outer ring raceway curvature coefficient of bearing is 0.52 when the slewing bearing shows maximum carrying capacity. Calculation, results provide analysis basis for slewing bearing design.

The utility model discloses because friction pulley and speed reducer are all adorned in the carousel outside, so maintain more conveniently, during the power failure, can loosen hold -down mechanism's lock nut and screw rod, rotate through the manpower drive carousel. The slewing bearing is characterized in that: the bearing is prepared from following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8-1.2 of graphite, 1.6-1.8 of silicon, 1.1-1.3 of manganese, 2.6-2.8 of chromium, 11.7-12.1 of aluminum, 1.5-1.7 of molybdenum, 0.2-0.3 of chromium diboride, 0.4-0.5 of ZrO2, 0.3-0.5 of SiO2, 3.2-3.4 of microcrystalline wax, 0.2-0.3 of tungsten carbide, 0.2-0.4 of TiC, 92-94 of iron powder and 1-2 of an auxiliary agent; and the slewing bearing is advantageous in that a special raw material formula is adopted, so that the slewing bearing produced has high performance indexes, good glossiness, good stability, excellent structure toughness, excellent stiffness, excellent hardness, excellent antifatigue performance, excellent tensile strength, long service lifetime and wide application scope, and phenomena of fracture and the like are not prone to generation.
