TL;DR: In this article, a preparation method of a solid polymeric ferric silicate sulfate coagulant (PSPF) was proposed, which includes the steps of 1) weighing FeSO4.7H2O and placing the FeSO 4.2O in a beaker, adding concentrated sulfuric acid dropwise, and uniformly stirring the mixture to form a paste; 2) weighing sodium chlorate, adding the sodium chlorates into the reaction system with slow stirring; 3) adding water for dilution, performing a reaction in water bath, adding potassium di
Abstract: The invention relates to a preparation method of a solid polymeric ferric silicate sulfate coagulant (PSPF), wherein the method includes the steps of 1) weighing FeSO4.7H2O and placing the FeSO4.7H2O in a beaker, adding concentrated sulfuric acid dropwise, and uniformly stirring the mixture to form a paste; 2) weighing sodium chlorate, adding the sodium chlorate into the reaction system with slow stirring; 3) adding water for dilution, performing a reaction in water bath, adding potassium dihydrogen phosphate to carry out a reaction, and adding anhydrous sodium carbonate, and slowly stirring the mixture until foam disappears completely; 4) adding a sodium silicate nonahydrate solution to obtain a reaction product; and 5) heating the reaction product on an electric-heating jacket until slight boiling, and aging the reaction product at room temperature to prepare the solid PSPF. The method comprehensively regulates the compounding effect on various elements, wherein the ratio of Si, Fe to P achieves the best value, so that the preparation method optimizes the morphological structure of the coagulant and enhances the stability of the coagulant, thereby achieving excellent curing effect and coagulation effect.

TL;DR: In this paper, the problem of providing a sodium hypochlorite pentahydrate crystal in which the content of sodium chlorate whose harmfulness to the health has been considered as a problem is reduced is solved.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sodium hypochlorite pentahydrate crystal in which the content of sodium chlorate whose harmfulness to the health has been considered as a problem is reduced.SOLUTION: Provided is a sodium hypochlorite pentahydrate crystal in which the concentration of sodium hydroxide included in the surface or at the inside of the sodium hypochlorite pentahydrate crystal is 0.01 to 0.8 wt.%. Also provided is a method for producing a sodium hypochlorite pentahydrate crystal where a sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution in which effective chlorine concentration is regulated to 20% or higher and sodium hydroxide concentration is regulated to 2.0 to 5.0% is subjected to crystallization while being cooled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

TL;DR: In this article, an agent for removing oxide of an environmental friendly metal without generation of nitrogen oxide and a method for removing oxides using the same are provided to improve a pickling characteristic thereof by using sodium chlorate or potassium chlorate instead of hydrogen peroxide.
Abstract: An agent for removing oxide of an environmental friendly metal without generation of nitrogen oxide and a method for removing oxides using the same are provided to improve a pickling characteristic thereof by using sodium chlorate or potassium chlorate instead of hydrogen peroxide. An oxide removing agent comprises at least one acid element selected from the group consisting of hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and organic acid, and one of chloric acid selected from the group consisting of sodium chlorate and potassium chlorate. The oxide removing agent comprises about 2 to 30volume% of at least one acid element selected from hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and organic acid, and about 3 to 40volume% of chloric acid, and about 20 to 95volume% of solvent. The chloric acid includes one of sodium chlorate and potassium chlorate. The solvent includes water.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a method for the preparation of the chlorine dioxide solution used for sewage treatment, which is simple in process and easy in operation, in addition, the obtained chlor dioxide solution is neutral.
Abstract: The invention relates to chlorine dioxide solution used for sewage treatment as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the chlorine dioxide solution used for sewage treatment comprises the following steps: mixing sodium chlorate and purified water and stirring the mixture until sodium chlorate is completely dissolved, so as to form sodium chlorate solution;adding an acid reducing agent into the sodium chlorate solution and performing a reaction at normal temperature for 20-30 min; adding a catalyst, sodium chloride and an alkaline sodium compound intothe mixture, uniformly stirring the mixture and performing a reaction at normal temperature for 4-6h, so as to obtain chlorine dioxide solution, wherein the preparation method comprises the followingraw materials by weight percentage: 0.8%-5% of sodium chlorate, 0.5%-3% of the acid reducing agent, 0.3%-2% of the catalyst, 0.1%-0.5% of sodium chloride, 0.1%-8.7% of the alkaline sodium compound and80.8%-95% of the purified water. According to the preparation method of the chlorine dioxide solution used for sewage treatment, the obtained chlorine dioxide solution is neutral; in addition, the preparation method is simple in process and easy in operation.
