Abstract: Iron blue characterized by an ammonium content of ±5.5 weight %, a potassium content of <0.1 weight %, a sodium content of <0.1 weight %, a color strength in a toluene intaglio printing ink up to 15% greater than the standard Vossen blue 705/80 (calculated in accordance with DIN 53 234) and the color spacings (determined in accordance with DIN 6174 relative to Vossen blue 705/80 as standard) of Δa*:6.5±0.5 Δb*:1.3±0.3 Δc*:-1.5±0.5 It is prepared by placing an aqueous solution of sodium hexacyanoferrate (II) in a reaction vessel at a pH of 7.0 and a concentration of 45±5 g/l, calculated as Fe(CN) 6 together with ammonium sulfate having a concentration of 14±1 g/l at a temperature of 22°-23° C., adding an aqueous iron-II sulfate solution at a pH of 2.0, a concentration of 100±10 g/l, and a temperature of 22°-23° C., and precipitating the white dough until an excess of iron up to 1.4-1.7/1, calculated as Fe, is attained in the filtrate, then washing the white dough by decantation until the filtrate indicates a conductivity of 5000 to 5500 μS and has an excess of iron of 0.1-0.2 g/l, calculated as Fe in the filtrate, then stirring in 58±6 g ammonium sulfate and boiling the white dough for a period of ≧2 hours, thereupon adding, at a temperature of 70°±5° C., first ≧90 g HCl as a 10-15% aqueous solution, then ≧51 g sodium chlorate as an aqueous solution having a concentration 270±30 g/l. The iron blue pigment can be used in printing inks.

TL;DR: In this paper, a production technology for a high-concentration steady chlorine dioxide solution was proposed, where the reaction time can be shortened by 24-26%, the conversion rate of raw materials is higher than 98%, the purity of the produced chlorine dioxide gas is up to 98%, and the obtained steady chlorineioxide solution has higher stability and can be directly used as a disinfection stock solution, besides, the raw materials used in the technology are lower in cost.
Abstract: The invention relates to a production technology for a high-concentration steady chlorine dioxide solution. Sodium chlorate and concentrated sulfuric acid are used as reaction raw materials, the pH value is regulated to range from 5.5 to 6.5, then under the action of a precious metal catalyst layer, the sodium chlorate and the concentrated sulfuric acid react fully under normal temperature and normal pressure conditions to produce chlorine dioxide gas, finally, an alkaline stabilizing agent is adopted to fully absorb chlorine dioxide, and the steady chlorine dioxide solution with the concentration of chlorine dioxide up to 18-20wt% is obtained, and the concentration is 28% higher than that of a steady chlorine dioxide solution prepared with traditional technologies. With the adoption of the technology, the reaction time can be shortened by 24%-26%, the conversion rate of raw materials is higher than 98%, the purity of the produced chlorine dioxide gas is up to 98%, the obtained steady chlorine dioxide solution has higher stability and can be directly used as a disinfection stock solution, besides, the raw materials used in the technology are lower in cost, the production cost can be effectively reduced, and the technology is easy to popularize and apply.

Abstract: The invention discloses a selective oxidation chlorine dioxide sustained-release tablet special for a culture pond. The selective oxidation chlorine dioxide sustained-release tablet comprises sodium chlorate, baking soda, solid silicic acid, calcined gypsum powder, water, a solid antioxidant and algae dry powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring algae dry powder, calcined gypsum powder and water in a food-grade stirrer, respectively adding sodium chlorate, baking soda and solid silicic acid, continuing performing stirring, completely adding the obtained mixture ina food-grade crusher for crushing, filtering out impurities by using a screen, adding the crushed powder into a pressing mold according to the weight of the tablets, and carrying out compression molding pressing to obtain cylindrical or spherical tablets. The invention provides a selective oxidation chlorine dioxide sustained-release tablet special for a culture pond. The composition does not contain chlorine dioxide in the storage process, the shelf life and potential safety hazard defects of the composition are avoided, chlorine dioxide gas is obtained through reaction after the compositionis soaked in water, and bacteria, algae, viruses, microorganisms and an oxidation humic layer are killed.
