TL;DR: In this article, a two-stage ball-milling on cobalt-copper white alloy was carried out to obtain white alloy particles, which were then pulpified to obtain a solid-liquid mixture.
Abstract: The invention discloses a cobalt-copper white alloy leaching technology which is implemented according to the following steps: S1, carrying out two-stage ball-milling on cobalt-copper white alloy to obtain white alloy particles; S2, pulpifying the white alloy particles obtained in S1 to obtain a solid-liquid mixture; S3, pumping the solid-liquid mixture obtained in S2 in a reactive tank, and adding sodium chlorate solution and concentrated sulfuric acid solution for reaction to obtain a mixture of sodium-jarosite slags adsorbed with silica gel and four-phase metal; and S4,carrying out magneticseparation on the mixture obtained in S3 to finish leaching of cobalt-copper white alloy. The invention further discloses a device for carrying out two-stage ball-milling in the technology. Accordingto the cobalt-copper white alloy leaching technology, sodium chlorate solution and concentrated sulfuric acid solution are added for reaction, so that the potential safety hazard caused by generationof plenty of hydrogen during the reaction process in the existing technology is avoided.

TL;DR: In this paper, a synthetic method for chlorine dioxide preparation technology based on heat energy and byproduct recycling is described, which is characterized by being composed of a NaClO3 electrolysis unit, a ClO2 generation unit, HCl synthesis unit and a wave solution recycling unit.
Abstract: The invention discloses a synthetic method chlorine dioxide preparation technology based on heat energy and by-product recycling. The technology is characterized by being composed of a NaClO3 electrolysis unit, a ClO2 generation unit, a HCl synthesis unit and a wave solution recycling unit. Heat generated by electrolyte by means of the electrolysis is used for heating a reaction solution of the ClO2 generation unit, steam does not need to be used, the temperature of the electrolyte is lowered by heating the reaction solution so that the consumption of cooling water can be lowered, a sodium chlorate solution cooler added to a generator lower circulating pipe is omitted, cooling water is saved, and the purpose of saving energy is achieved; no steam is used for heating the weak sodium chlorate solution, the weak sodium chlorate solution and a by-product wave solution generated by the system in the production process are used for a reaction to be recycled to the electrolysis unit, and the purposes of saving resources and protecting environment are achieved.

TL;DR: In this paper, a new chlorate-based chlorine dioxide generation process was developed by using waste molasses as reductant in the presence of sulfuric acid catalyst, and the best conversion rate and purity of chlorine dioxide was 73.8% and 95.1%, respectively.
Abstract: A new chlorate-based chlorine dioxide generation process was developed by using waste molasses as reductant in the presence of sulfuric acid catalyst. The optimum technological condition was determined as 80 oC, 50% sulfuric acid, molasses and sodium chlorite weight ratio of 1:4. The best conversion rate and purity of chlorine dioxide was 73.8% and 95.1%, respectively. Chlorite was found in the reacting mixtures, and major reactions of in process were inferred. The results obtained provides a new way for waste molasses comprehensive utilization and chlorine dioxide generation.

TL;DR: In this paper, an organic stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 100 parts of desalted water, 0.1 to 0.2 part of sodium chlorate and/or sodium chlorite, 1.5 to 3.
Abstract: The invention relates to an organic stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 100 parts of desalted water, 0.1 to 0.2 part of sodium chlorate and/or sodium chlorite, 0.08 to 0.16 part of an activating agent, 1.5 to 3.0 parts of an organic complexing agent and 0.001 to 0.002 part of an inorganic complexing agent. The chlorinedioxide disinfectant has the beneficial effects that a method is provided for application of the chlorine dioxide disinfectant, on-site preparation is not needed, the disinfectant can be sterilized and disinfected under the neutral condition, and certain stable performance is achieved. The organic complexing agent contained in the organic stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant disclosed by the invention is an organic compound with power supply capability; the organic complexing agent can be chelated with chlorine dioxide electron-deficient molecules, that is, the organic compound with the powersupply capability is chelated with chlorine dioxide, a chelation ring contains a plurality of atoms and is very stable, and the relatively stable structure forms a buffer system in a weak acid environment, continuously and slowly releases chlorine dioxide and plays oxidation, disinfection and killing roles.
