Abstract: A process based on hydrochloric acid for preparing stable ClO2 solution includes such steps as reaction of sodium chlorate as oxidant on hydrochloric acid as reducer to generate the mixed gas of ClO2gas and Cl2 gas, purifying with solution of sodium chlorite to generate pure ClO2 gas, and stabilizing and adsorption with sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate and H2O2. The process takes place in negative pressure generated by hydraulic sprayer. Its advantages are simple operation, less investment in equipment and high purity of ClO2.

Abstract: The invention relates to a two-liquid acid etching liquid oxidant used for all kinds of copper chloride etching systems. The two-liquid acid etching liquid oxidant contains the following components by weight percent: 35-37 percent of sodium chlorate, 6-8 percent of sodium chloride, 0.15-0.25 percent of additive and 55-58 percent of water. The invention has the advantages that the amount of dissolved copper is large, the side etching is small, no sediment is produced during use and the stability is high.

TL;DR: In this article, the coupling of two isotopic polariton modes in sodium chlorate was studied experimentally by laser Raman spectroscopy and the observed line shapes were fitted on the basis of the theoretical treatment given by Benson and Mills.
