Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of a white aluminum alloy surface thermal control coating with a high solar reflectance. The preparation method lies in that during the micro-arc oxidation preparation process, a mixture of one or more of sodium silicate, trisodium phosphate and sodium aluminate, of which the concentration is 2-50 g/L, is adopted as a film-forming agent in the used micro-arc oxidation electrolyte; potassium fluozirconate of which the concentration is 2-30 g/L is adopted as a coloring agent; a mixture of one or more of sodium sulfate, sodium acetate and sodium hypophosphite of which the concentration is 1-15 g/L is adopted as a stabilizer; a mixture of one or more of oxalic acid, cinnamic acid, citric acid and lactic acid is adopted as a PH regulating agent; the PH value of the electrolyte is maintained within the range of 3-6; deionized water is adopted as a solvent; the dosage of all the substances is calculated on the basis of the volume of the added deionized water; the frequency of a pulsed power supply is 50-2000 Hz; the duty ratio is 5-45%; the electric current density is 1-12 A/dm[2]; the reaction time is 20-180 min. The white aluminum alloy surface thermal control coating prepared by adopting the preparation method has a high solar reflectance.

Abstract: A plating liquid for chemically plating the magnetic NiCoW film on the surface of NiTi alloy is an aqueous solution containing nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, sodium tungstate, sodium hypophosphite, sodium citrate and ammonium sulfate. Its chemical plating process includes such steps as alkali washing of said surface of NiTi alloy, acid washing, sensitizing, activating, immersing it in said plating liquid and chemical plating. The plated product can be used as the medical magnetic scaffold for physiotherapy and chemicotherapy.

Abstract: A new electroless bath was formulated in which two reducing agents - NaH2PO2 and formaldehyde – acted synchronously for the synthesis of electroless Cu-Ni-Mo-P/graphite electro-catalyst. The bath was operated at a pH of 10.2 and temperature of 80oC. Baths containing only sodium hypophosphite or formaldehyde reducing agents but with the same amounts of other bath constituents were used as controls in the deposition process. The deposits were characterized using SEM, EDX and XRD. Preliminary investigations conducted on oxidations of formaldehyde and glycerol show that the catalyst is an effective electro-catalyst as prepared, and that variations in the metallic composition of the electro-catalyst affect its electro catalytic activity.

Abstract: The invention relates to a preparation method of diisobutyl phosphinic acid aluminum. According to the preparation method, sodium hypophosphite and isobutene are used as raw materials, ultraviolet light is utilized to excite acetone to result in addition reaction of the isobutene and the sodium hypophosphite to generate diisobutyl phosphinic acid sodium which contains a small amount of isobutyl phosphinic acid sodium, the diisobutyl phosphinic acid sodium is obtained through purification, and then the diisobutyl phosphinic acid sodium is mixed with aluminum salt for double decomposition reaction to obtain white powdery diisobutyl phosphinic acid aluminum with higher purity and good heat stability. According to the preparation process, the synthetic reaction is performed at low temperature and normal pressure, so the preparation method has the advantages of high production safety coefficient, mild condition and simplicity in operation; the acetone is used as an initiating agent in the preparation method, so the preparation method has the advantages of short time, low cost, easiness in control, high efficiency and less byproduct; and the ultraviolet light is used as an energy source to excite the acetone to generate free radicals, so the preparation method has the advantages of high energy and efficiency, good reaction selectivity and great reduction of reaction temperature.
