TL;DR: In this article, a Ni-Co-X chromium-substituting electric brush plating solution is described, which consists of 260-300 g of nickel sulfate, 100-110 g of cobalt sulfate and 15-20 ml of formic acid.
Abstract: The invention discloses a Ni-Co-X chromium-substituting electric brush plating solution Each liter of the plating solution comprises 260-300 g of nickel sulfate, 100-110 g of cobalt sulfate, 15-20 ml of formic acid, 45-55 g of acetic acid, 10-20 g of hydrochloric acid, 40-60 g of boric acid, and aluminum oxide nano-particles or sodium hypophosphite which is used to improve the corrosion resistance and the wear resistance of the plating solution The plating solution is free from highly toxic hexavalent chromium ions; the generated sewage is easy to treat, so that the plating solution is environment-friendly; the quality of the plated layer is stable; the deposition velocity is quick; the crystal of the plated layer is meticulous; the degree of finish is high; the adhesion between the plated layer and a matrix is strong; the comprehensive performance of the plated layer is high; in addition, the wear resistance and the corrosion resistance of the plated layer are better than that of the hard chromium plated layer

TL;DR: The crystal structure and magnetic properties of Co-W and Co-P coatings obtained by electrochemical deposition onto copper substrates at various electrolyte temperatures and various concentrations of sodium hypophosphite in the electrolyte (Co-P) were studied in this article.
Abstract: The crystal structure and magnetic properties of Co-W (10-15 wt % W) and Co-P (2-5 wt % P) coatings obtained by electrochemical deposition onto copper substrates at various electrolyte temperatures (Co-W) and various concentrations of sodium hypophosphite in the electrolyte (Co-P) were studied. The coatings consist of individual crystallites with [001] and/or [100] textures determined by the deposition conditions. The structural and magnetic properties of the coatings were found to depend on the deposition conditions.

TL;DR: In this article, a composite powder for electroless iron plating on aluminum-matrix was prepared using sodium hypophosphite as reductant and the influences of complexing agent, pH value, plating temperature and time on the coating were analyzed.
Abstract: Composite powder for electroless iron plating on aluminum-matrix was prepared using sodium hypophosphite as reductant. The influences of complexing agent,pH value, plating temperature and time on the coating were analyzed.XRD and SEM were used to analyze the surface morphology and the phase structure of Fe/Al composite powder. The result showed that the iron plating on aluminum-matrix has a granular surface morphology. The optimal technological parameters are as follows: the concentrations are 8 g/L,30-40 g/L,16 g/L and 6 g/L for ferrous sulphate, sodium hypophosphite, potassium sodium tartrate, citrate acid, and the pH value is 9.5,plating temperature is 78 ℃,plating time is 40 min.
