TL;DR: By premixing a sulfide chain-bearing organosilicon compound, a halogenoalkyl group-bearing OR compound, and optionally, sulfur, adding anhydrous sodium sulfide Na2S to the premix, and allowing reaction to take place, a short-sulfide chain can be prepared in high yields and at a lost cost while minimizing formation of monosulfide-bearing OIC compound.
Abstract: By premixing a sulfide chain-bearing organosilicon compound, a halogenoalkyl group-bearing organosilicon compound, and optionally, sulfur, adding anhydrous sodium sulfide Na2S to the premix, and allowing reaction to take place, a sulfide chain-bearing organosilicon compound having a shorter sulfide chain can be prepared in high yields and at a lost cost while minimizing formation of monosulfide-bearing organosilicon compound.

TL;DR: In this article, a simple and eco-friendly method to synthesize thioamides from aryl nitriles and sodium sulfide (Na2S·9H2O) catalyzed by 1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undec-7-enium acetate ([DBUH][OAc]) ionic liquid (IL) at room temperature was developed.
Abstract: A novel, simple and eco-friendly method to synthesize thioamides from aryl nitriles and sodium sulfide (Na2S·9H2O) catalyzed by 1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undec-7-enium acetate ([DBUH][OAc]) ionic liquid (IL) at room temperature was developed in this paper. In this reaction, readily available inorganic salt (Na2S·9H2O) serves as the sulfur source, and various functional groups of aryl nitriles were well tolerated at room temperature. In addition, the products were easily separated from the IL which could be reused at least five times without considerable loss of its activity and applied in the green, concise synthesis of ethionamide.

TL;DR: In this paper, a material recovery method of wastewater containing high-concentration ammonia-nitrogen and heavy metal ions and a wastewater treatment system is described, which comprises the following steps: regulating the pH value, ammonia stilling, precipitating, evaporating and the like.
Abstract: The invention relates to a material recovery method of wastewater containing high-concentration ammonia-nitrogen and heavy metal ions and a wastewater treatment system. The material recovery method comprises the following steps: regulating the pH value, ammonia stilling, precipitating, evaporating and the like. The invention further relates to the corresponding treatment system. After the adoption of alkali liquor to precipitate metal ions, sodium sulfide is continuously added to further remove the metal ions left in the waste liquor to reach the emission standard; stronger ammonia water, solid precipitates and the like produced during the wastewater treatment process are recovered to reduce the environmental harm effectively and produce certain economic benefits.
