TL;DR: In this paper, a double-nozzle scanning oblique spray-type spray forming device for cylindrical blanks is described. But the system is not suitable for large diameter ingot blanks, and the number of atomizing nozzles is different.
Abstract: The utility model relates to equipment for manufacturing metal materials, particular to a double-nozzle scanning oblique spray-type spray forming device for cylindrical blanks. The double-nozzle scanning oblique spray-type spray forming device for cylindrical blanks comprises a settlement chamber, a drain pocket which is arranged at the top of the settlement chamber and used for storing molten metals, and atomizing nozzles connected to the bottom of the drain pocket, wherein a rotary settlement base is arranged inside the settlement chamber, the rotary settlement base is positioned in the center of the settlement chamber and has a rotating shaft which is positioned in the vertical direction, the atomizing nozzles are positioned above the bottom side of the settlement base, the number of the atomizing nozzles is two, and the distances from the two nozzles to the axial line of the settlement base are different. The utility model has the advantages as follows: the operating stability and the forming quality of the whole system are improved, and the requirement for bonding strength between the settlement base and a cylindrical blank is not strict, so as to facilitate the manufacturing of large-sized ingot blanks; and the use of double atomizing nozzles can produce large-diameter ingot blank products; the material consumption is reduced and the exhaust pollution is reduced; and the formation of better forming process conditions is ensured.

TL;DR: In this paper, the piling height of the pre-formings is calculated based on the measured value of the piled weight on the base plate with the load cell arranged at the downside of a base plate.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To precisely measure the height of the pre-formings and to calculate the piling yield at the same time by calculating the piling height of the pre- formings based on the measured value of the piled weight on the base plate with the load cell arranged at the downside of the base plate. CONSTITUTION:At first, the density of the molten metal 2 is measured before executing with spray forming. The weight of the pre-formed body 9 is measured with the load cell 12 following to the beginning of the stream down of the molten metal 2. The data from the load cell 12 is inputted in the computer, the height of the pre-formed body is calculated with the density of the molten metal 2, the weight of the pre-formed body, and the area of the base plate. If the data of the weight of molten metal obtained from the load cell 11 is checked, the piling yield can also be calculated.

TL;DR: In this paper, a spray forming method for a microspheric titanium silicalite molecular sieve catalyst was proposed, which consisted of the step of preparing homogeneous slurry before spray forming.
Abstract: The invention provides a spray forming method for a microspheric titanium silicalite molecular sieve catalyst. The spray forming method comprises the step of preparing homogeneous slurry before spray forming; the homogeneous slurry is prepared through the following steps: mixing an organic silicon source and an alkaline aqueous solution, carrying out hydrolysis reaction to generate corresponding alcohol and silicon dioxide, removing alcohol from hydrolysate, adding an alcoholic solution of an organic titanium source after alcohol is removed completely, continuously stirring to enable the titanium source to be hydrolyzed, adding titanium silicalite molecular sieve raw powder after the organic titanium source is hydrolyzed, and stirring so as to form the homogeneous slurry. According to the invention, since the microspheric catalyst contains two binding agents namely SiO2 and TiO2, the dissolving-resistant capacity of the microspheric catalyst in alkaline reaction liquid is improved; the process technology is simple, and the microspheric molecular sieve catalyst is high in reactivity, high in mechanical strength and good in stability.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for spray forming a metal component (11, 17, 21, 27, 27) having an elongated open channel (10, 20, 22, 28) was proposed.
Abstract: A method for spray forming a metal component (11, 17, 21, 27) having an elongated open channel (10, 20, 22, 28) therein comprises firstly spray forming a layer (8, 19, 24) of the desired metal onto a deposition substrate (2), placing then an elongated spray blocking object (9, 18, 26, 29) on the already sprayed layer for forming the channel, and continuing then the spray forming process until the desired total thickness of the component is achieved. According to the present invention, the spray blocking object is a strip (18, 26, 29), the cross-sectional profile of the strip being fully open in the direction of an axis (a) in a cross-sectional plane of the strip, and the strip is placed on the already deposited layer (8, 19, 24) with said axis directed substantially parallel to the direction of the incident metal spray (6).
