Abstract: The invention discloses a coal-fired flue gas simultaneous desulphurization denitration process by low temperature plasma oxidation combined with ammonia-method wet absorption; the process comprises two processes of low temperature plasma oxidation and ammonia-method wet absorption; coal-fired flue gas to be treated is firstly introduced into a low temperature plasma reactor through a flue, and thus 40%-50% of NO in the flue gas is oxidized into NO2; the conditioned flue gas is introduced into a simultaneous desulphurization denitration spray tower, and fully contacts ammonia water absorption liquid so as to remove SO2 and NOx in the flue gas and discharge the flue gas; the absorption liquid at the bottom of the simultaneous desulphurization denitration spray tower is delivered into a spray layer again for recycle through an absorption liquid circulating pump; ammonia water in an ammonia water groove is supplied continuously to the spray tower through an ammonia water pump; and a part of mother liquor is discharged through a mother liquor transfer pump. The process of the invention is applicable to the simultaneous desulphurization denitration treatment of coal-fired flue gas, and the device of the invention has the advantages of good pollutant removing effect, simple equipment, less land occupation, convenient operation, and convenience for management.

Abstract: Methods for removing acid gases and recovering water from flue gas. A flue gas is introduced into a water spray tower and is cooled by direct contact with a sprayed aqueous stream to condense a portion of the water vapor in the flue gas. Acid gases present in the flue gas are absorbed into the aqueous mixture, and a chemical added to the stream facilitates conversion of absorbed acid gases. The aqueous stream leaving the spray tower is next treated to remove contaminants, such as carbonates and bicarbonates, thereby producing a cleaned aqueous stream that may be split into a stream that is cooled prior to reuse in the spray tower, as well as a stream that is fed back to the boiler.

The condensation separation system comprises a tubular screw-type condenser, a cooling tower, a water tank and an in-line pump. The purification and dehumidification system comprises a wire gauze filter, a blower fan and a purification tower. The gas-solid-liquid separation and purification system is scientific and reasonable, utilizes the tubular screw-type condenser to replace a coil tube-type condenser, a return tube-type or a needle tube-type condenser, and is convenient for use and maintenance. The system has low manufacturing cost and high corrosion resistance; a working condition range of controlling the concentration and the temperature of acid in the aspect of processes is enlarged, and over-strict requirements on operation are lightened, namely the whole device is easy to operate and has high safety; the absorption tower is a vertical type spray tower, has a hollow structure and low system resistance and is arranged in front of an absorption tower gas inlet; once the system is stopped due to faults, only a section of pipeline cannot be used, and the production of the original acid preparation system cannot be influenced; and the system and the original acid preparation system have a high blending degree.

The biological padding spray tower comprises a tower body, a gas outlet, a plurality of spraying layers, a gas inlet and a liquid trough, wherein the gas outlet, the plurality of spraying layers, the gas inlet and the liquid trough are distributed in the tower body from top to bottom. At least one waste gas draught fan is arranged at the position of the gas inlet, and the liquid trough is provided with at least one water pump. The biological padding spray tower is structurally characterized in that each spraying layer consists of a padding plate, a rotational flow plate, a spraying pipe and a spray nozzle. The padding plate is arranged above the rotational flow plate, the spray nozzle is arranged under the rotational flow plate, and the water pump is connected with the spraying pipe of each spraying layer. The tower body is provided with an observing window and is communicated with the liquid trough through a backflow pipe. The biological padding spray tower is high and stable in purifying efficiency, low in operation cost and free of secondary pollution.

The device is characterized in that a flue gas inlet pipe is connected to one end of a spray unit; the other end of the spray unit is provided with a flue gas output pipe; a hydrochloric acid output pipe is connected to a thickening unit; the spray unit is connected to the thickening unit by a circulating pipe and a spray pipe. Through utilization of the characteristic of dissolution of hydrogen chloride in water, flue gas enters into the device, then enters into a spray tower, is washed by spray water sprayed from top to bottom and is subjected to the above processes continually and repeatedly so that hydrogen chloride gas of the flue gas is continually absorbed by the spray water, wherein the hydrogen chloride gas dissolved in water forms hydrochloric acid, and the concentration of the spray water is increased gradually until absorption is approaching saturation, and the saturated hydrochloric acid solution is discharged into a hydrochloric acid storage tank.

The method for circularly utilizing the cooling capacity and the method for increasing the yield of the synthesis ammonia are characterized in that: in a method of synthesizing ammonia, semi-water gas at a temperature less than or equal to 40 DEG C from an energy section enters a spray tower of a cooling tower before entering into a compressor compressed with one section; chilled water at a temperature of 10-20 DEG C from an ion film caustic soda section is pumped to the top of the spray tower of the cooling tower through a chilled water pump and exchanges heat with the semi-water gas to ensure that the semi-water gas is cooled down to below 33 DEG C and then enters into the compressor compressed by one section; the chilled water coming out of the bottom of the spray tower of the cooling tower is pumped to an ammonia cooler through a water recovery pump and cooled to be 10-15 DEG C for chlorine cooling use at the ion film caustic soda section; therefore, the yield of the synthesis ammonia is increased while the cyclic utilization of the cooling capacity is realized.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method for reducing the volume of vinasse, said method making use of the energy potential of combustion gases generated from biomass combustion, wherein the volume of vinasse, which is produced during sugar-to-alcohol processes, is reduced by thermally evaporating water, partially or totally, whilst enabling water contained in the vinasse to be collected by means of successive steps of evaporation and condensation. The particulate material (ashes, soot and sand) that is entrained by the combustion gases leaving the biomass boiler can be collected as a result of direct contact between said particulate material and the vinasse droplets, allowing emissions to be controlled. The removal of all the water from the vinasse and concomitant incorporation of solid particulates collected from the spray emitted from the biomass boilers makes it possible to produce powdered fertilizers. The direct contact between the vinasse and the combustion gases occurs by means of spray tower or Venturi gas scrubbers and spray dryers.
