Abstract: The invention relates to an anti-wall-flow energy-saving type spray tower with low construction cost and sufficient reaction. The spray tower comprises a gas inlet pipe, a gas outlet pipe, a tower body, a water storage box, a water pump and a first water pipe, wherein a mixing mechanism and at least two flow guiding mechanisms are arranged in the tower body; the mixing mechanism comprises a mixingchamber, a first motor, a first drive shaft, a drive wheel, a driven wheel, a chain, a driven shaft, a first screen, a second screen and two mixing plates; each flow guiding mechanism comprises a drive chamber, a drive rod, a sliding ring, a sliding rail, a hinge assembly and a flow guiding plate. According to the anti-wall-flow energy-saving type spray tower with low construction cost and sufficient reaction, the position of filler is changed by the mixing mechanism, so that a liquid on the filler is subjected to sufficient reaction with waste gas, moreover, a solution on the inner wall of the tower body is guided to the center of the tower body by the flow guiding mechanisms, influence caused by wall flow is reduced, construction cost of equipment is saved by reducing height of the tower body, besides, energy consumption of the water pump is reduced, and practicability of equipment is substantially improved.

Abstract: The utility model relates to an electrostatic black-smoke purifier for a temple incinerator, which belongs to the technical field of black-smoke purification of the incinerator. A fume outlet on the top of the incinerator is connected with a U-shaped cooling tube formed by series connection of a set of U-shaped tubes, an outlet of the U-shaped cooling tube is connected with a spray tower, and the outlet of the spray tower is connected with a honeycomb-shaped electrostatic smoke removing device with a timing cleaning device and a black-smoke water filtering device. After a large amount of fume generated by joss sticks and candles in the incinerator in the incinerating process obtains heat radiation through the cooling tube and cooling with water spraying through the spray tower, the fume can be led into the honeycomb-shaped electrostatic smoke removing device for smoke and dust filtration. Then, the fume can be discharged by a blower. The water for cleaning and spraying is used in a circulating way and periodically drained after the water is filtered by the block-smoke water filtering device.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a tail gas spray recovery system which is characterized by comprising an acetic acid spray tower (2) and a water spray tower (6), wherein the acetic acid spray tower (2) is communicated with a tail gas discharging pipe (1); the top of the side wall of the acetic acid spray tower (2) is connected with an acetic acid liquid inlet pipe (3), and the bottom of the acetic acid spray tower (2) is connected with a liquid outlet pipe (4); the top of the acetic acid spray tower (2) is provided with a gas outlet pipe (5) connected with the side wall of the water spray tower (6); the top of the side wall of the water spray tower (6) is connected with a water inlet pipe (7); and the bottom of the water spray tower (6) is provided with a liquid outlet pipe (8), and the top of the water spray tower (6) is communicated with a waste gas treatment device (10) through a tail gas discharging pipe (9). By using the tail gas spray recovery system, the environment pollution, the acetic acid waste and the production cost are reduced.

Abstract: Numerical simulation of the internal flow field in wet desulfurization spray tower is studied by a software Fluent with k-e turbulence model and DPM model. The paper has observed the internal flow with the liquid distribution ring installed in different locations under different operating conditions. The simulation result shows that it is favorable for strengthening the role of gas-liquid mass transfer to install the liquid distribution rings in the two different locations, which improves the uneven distribution of gas velocity, besides, when spray is introduced, which obtains more uniform for gas-liquid ratio and higher desulfurization efficiency.
