And the influence area of the spray pipes at the lower part to the flow field uniformity does not overlapped with the influence areas of spray pipe at the upper part to uniformity, so as to enhance the gas liquid mixing effect and improve flue gas desulphurization efficiency.
Abstract: The invention relates to a slurry pipe used in a spray tower or a washing tower. The slurry pipe comprises N spray pipes that are distributed along the diameter direction of the tower from bottom to top in a staggered way, wherein the spray pipes are fixedly connected on the tower wall and are distributed on the fan-shaped area of the tower; the entire alternate angle of the fan-shaped area is Beta; the basic alternate angle between the adjacent spray pipes is Alpha; N is the natural number more than 2; and the alternate angle between the adjacent spray pipes is Alpha to (N-1)Alpha. Compared with the traditional uniformly-distributed spray pipes, in the technical scheme of the invention, the alternate angle of the two adjacent layers of spray pipes is enlarged, and the influence area of the spray pipes at the lower part to the flow field uniformity does not overlapped with the influence area of the spray pipes at the upper part to the flow field uniformity, so as to improve the flow field uniformity, enhance the gas-liquid mixing effect and improve the flue gas desulphurization efficiency.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a seawater desulfurizing spray tower, which comprises a tower, an exhaust flue gas inlet and a purified flue gas outlet and is characterized in that a desulfurized seawater outlet is arranged at the bottom of the tower, a water sealing plate and an overflow plate are positioned at the desulfurized seawater outlet on the inner side of the tower. A rectifying device is arranged above the exhaust flue gas inlet of the tower. Spray layers and supporting beams are arranged in the middle of the tower, wherein the supporting beams are overlapped on the inner wall of the tower and used for supporting spray layers. Further, demisters are disposed above the spray layers. The seawater desulfurizing spray tower has high cost performance, the rectifying device and the spray layers can achieve higher desulfurizing efficiency on the condition that liquid/gas ratio is lower, and the desulfurizing efficiency can be above 98 percent.

Abstract: A cyclone spray combination highly effective ash separator forms an integral body through a cyclone dust collector and a water dust scrubber, wherein the cyclone dust collector forms an integral body through a straight tube section (12) and a cone section (4), and the cyclone dust collector further comprises a smoke gas air inlet (3) arranged on the straight tube section and a discharging valve (5) arranged on the lower end of the cone section (4). The water dust scrubber comprises a spray tower body (2) connected with the upper end of the straight tube section of the cyclone dust collector, and the spray tower body is provided inside with a multi-stage water film ring (10), a spray ring (9), a spray pore plate (8), a water inlet pipe (1), a gas water separating body (7), a smoke gas outlet (3) and a dust-water outlet (11). Compared with the prior art, the cyclone spray combination highly effective ash separator of the utility model achieves compact structure, connectionless pipelines, small accommodation area, less consumptive material, low cost and convenient installment.
