Abstract: The invention discloses a supercritical carbon-dioxide dynamically-circulating dyeing machine which comprises a dyeing chamber and a high-pressure vat. A cloth laying device and a cloth lifting device are connected at the top of the high-pressure vat, the dyeing chamber comprises a spray shell, one end of the spray shell is connected with the cloth lifting device while the other end of the same is connected with a first spray tower, the first spray tower is connected with the cloth laying device, a second spray tower and a third spray tower are mounted inside the spray shell, the third spray tower, the second spray tower and the first spray tower are matched with the spray shell to form a mixing chamber, two ends of the mixing chamber are respectively provided with a nozzle a and a nozzle b, a liquid inlet and an air inlet which are communicated with the mixing chamber are mounted in the spray shell, a sedimentation outlet is formed in the bottom of the high-pressure vat and is connected with the liquid inlet through a liquid inlet pipeline, a filter, a carbon-dioxide circulating pump, a mixing device and a heat exchanger are sequentially arranged on the liquid inlet pipeline, and a rising outlet is formed in the top of the high-pressure vat and is connected with an exhaust inlet of a high-pressure fan which is connected with the air inlet. The supercritical carbon-dioxide dynamically-circulating dyeing machine is good in leveling property, high in degree of dyeing and large in cloth dyeing quantity.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To maintain the desulfurizing performance of the title apparatus high without causing deflection of exhaust gas in the absorption tower regardless of fluctuations in vol of exhaust gas by regulating the flow of exhaust gas through a dispersing plate and by contacting the gas to an absorbing soln sprayed into the tower CONSTITUTION:SOx-contg exhaust gas is introduced into spray tower 7 from gas inlet duct 1 and passed through gas dispersing porous plate 10 such as unglazed porous plate to make the gas flow rate uniform Next the gas passed through plate 10 is contacted to an absorbing slurry sprayed from nozzles 2 through spray piping 3 to desulfurize the gas, and the desulfurized gas is passed through upper mist catcher 4 in tower 7 to remove accompanying mist and exhausted 5 from the system In this wet desulfurizing apparatus the sprayed slurry is held on plate 10 with gas currents blown up from the lower part of plate 10, the slurry is fluidized to accelerate reaction, and the flow rate of gas can be made uniform

Abstract: The utility model discloses an oxidation spray tower. The oxidation spray tower comprises a tower body, a discharge port formed in the top end of the tower body, a demisting layer, a first spray layer, a first packing layer, a second spray layer, a second packing layer, an air inlet formed in one side of the bottom of the tower body, a liquid inlet device arranged outside the tower body, an aeration layer and an ozone generator, wherein the demisting layer, the first spray layer, the first packing layer, the second spray layer and the second packing layer are sequentially arranged between the discharge port and the inlet port in the tower body; the liquid inlet device is connected with the first spray layer and the second spray layer respectively; the aeration layer is arranged at the bottom of the tower body; the inside of the aeration layer is provided with a plurality of aeration plates; and the ozone generator is connected with the aeration plates. The oxidation spray tower can not only effectively eliminate the foul odour of waste gas, but also effectively remove organic waste gas which is difficult to dissolve in water, the waste gas can be treated completely, equipment running and maintenance costs are low, and the cost performance is relatively high.

The system comprises a desulfurization spray tower, an ozone generator, a denitration spray tower, a slurry mixing tank, a slurry storage tank, a vacuum filter, an ammonia water neutralization tank, an aluminum hydroxide precipitation tank, an ammonia water tank, an aluminum hydroxide storage tank, a filter press, an ammonia distillation tower, a dephlegmator, a cooler, a concentrated ammonia water storage tank, a gypsum precipitation tank and an anaerobic biochemical tank. The flue gas is subjected to desulfurization and denitration treatment by redmud slurry, SO2 and NO in the flue gas are removed, so that SO2 and NO in the flue gas reach the emission standard, aluminum hydroxide in the red mud slurry is recovered by an ammonia precipitant, wastewater is returned to be used for slurry preparation after precipitation and hydration biochemical treatment, and desulfurization and denitration integrated treatment and resource utilization of thered mud and the flue gas are realized.

The device structurally comprises a dust chamber, a bag-type dust collector, a spray tower and a neutralization tank, which are connected in series, wherein a dust recovery bin is connected to the dust chamber and the bag-type dust collector; a wastewater treatment tank is connected to the spray tower and the neutralization tank; a compressed air back-blowing device is arranged at an outlet of the bag-type dust collector; a spray head is arranged at the top of the spray tower; a plurality of layers of screen meshes are arranged below the spray head, and have mesh diameters of 0.2 to 0.5mm; a gas inlet of the spray tower is formed in the bottom of the tower, and a gas outlet of the spray tower is formed in the top of the tower; a gas inlet of the neutralization tank is formed in the bottom of the tank; a gas distribution plate is arranged at the gas inlet of the neutralization tank. According to the device, the shortcomings of the prior art can be improved; due to the design of a multi-stage filtering purification device, metal oxides can be recovered, and harmful gas can be harmlessly treated.
