Abstract: The invention discloses a spray liquid treatment system. The spray liquid treatment system comprises a spray tower main body, a circulating water pump, a circulating water inlet pipe, a circulating water outlet pipe, a spray head, a spray liquid supplementary device, and an electromagnetic fluid treatment device used for generating a variable frequency direct current pulse electromagnetic field; a spray chamber is arranged in the spray tower main body; the circulating water pump is arranged outside the spray tower main body; a first end of the circulating water inlet pipe is designed to stretch to the bottom of the spray chamber through a lower end opening of the spray tower main body; a second end of the circulating water inlet pipe is connected with a water inlet end of the circulating water pump; a water outlet end of the circulating water pump is connected with a first end of the circulating water outlet pipe via the electromagnetic fluid treatment device; a second end of the circulating water outlet pipe is designed to stretch to the top of the spray tower chamber through an upper end opening of the spray tower main body; the spray head is arranged on the second end of the circulating water outlet pipe; the spray liquid supplementary device is connected with the water outlet end of the circulating water pump. The above structure is capable of reducing discharge of waste gas and gas with pungent smell, and reducing modification cost greatly at the same time.

Abstract: A method for treating waste gas containing acid and/or base, employing fine spray-scrubbing technology for treating the waste gas mentioned above, wherein the scrubbing solution is atomized to generate mists with droplet size of 1 to 100 μm. Another feature of the present invention is to combine the application of surfactant in wet scrubbing technology for treating waste gas containing acids, bases, or both, especially, in a low concentration. Another feature of the present invention is to combine spray tower and/or packed tower and/or other scrubbers vertically/horizontally to get enhanced performance of the conventional control systems.

The anti-abrasion and diversion wet flue gas desulfurization spray tower comprises a spray tower body, demisting layers, a spray layer and a slurry tank; the upper portion of the spray tower body is provided with two 2layers of demisting layers, two to seven layers of spray layers are arranged in the upper and middle portion of a cavity of the spray tower body, every spray layer is provided with a spray pipe, a nozzle is arranged on every spray pipe, and a tower wall anti-abrasion device is arranged below every spray layer. According to the anti-abrasion and diversion wet flue gas desulfurization spray tower, the tower wall anti-abrasion device is arranged to avoid the inner wall of the spray tower body from being washed by wash slurry sprayed from the nozzle; the side wall anti-abrasion device also can play a role in diversion and turbulence to facilitate the intensive mixing of the sprayed slurry with the flue gas near the tower wall. After the tower wall anti-abrasion device is mounted, the number of nozzles near the tower wall can be further increased for increasing the amount of the spray near the tower wall, so that the mixing degree of the flue gas and the spray slurry near the tower wall is facilitated, and the absorption efficiency of the spray tower is improved.

According to the utility model, the spray tower, the first-stage cooler, the second-stage cooler and the precise demister are arranged; the heat exchange pipe, the baffle and the water flow in the spiral direction, so that the cooling of the hydrogen chloride tail gas is facilitated, the cooling efficiency is improved, the consumption of cooling water is reduced, and the organic liquid recovery pipe is arranged, so that the recycling of an organic matter solution is facilitated.
