Abstract: The utility model discloses a wet removal device for flue gas pollutants of an industrial kiln. The device comprises an industrial kiln and a spray tower, the industrial kiln and the spray tower are arranged adjacently, a connecting pipe communicated with the spray tower is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the industrial kiln, a water storage pool is arranged at the bottom end of the spray tower, and a water pump is fixedly connected to the side wall of one end of the water storage pool. According to the utility model, under the impact of high-pressure water flow; helical blade rotation, the splitter plate is driven to rotate around the sealing swivel; the washing liquid is sprayed out from the high-pressure atomizing spray head in an atomized water drop form; under the driving of the splitter plate, the acting area of water mist sprayed by the high-pressure atomizing spray head is increased, so that the atomized washing liquid is in full contact with and reacts with the fluegas, the purification effect on the flue gas of the industrial kiln is remarkably enhanced, only two layers of spraying devices need to be arranged, and a large amount of production cost is reduced.

Abstract: The utility model discloses an energy-saving device utilizing smoke of a kiln for supplying heat to a spray tower. The structure comprises a special-shaped highly effective heat circulating fan, a spray tower heat supply hot air furnace, a kiln residual heat smoke entering combustion supporting fan passage and a spray tower heat supply hot air furnace ring-shaped heat distributing pipeline, wherein the kiln residual heat smoke entering combustion supporting fan passage connected with the special-shaped highly effective heat circulating fan is connected with the spray tower through the spray tower heat supply hot air furnace ring-shaped heat distributing pipeline, and the spray tower heat supply hot air furnace is connected with the spray tower through a spray tower pipeline. The energy-saving system achieves the effect of saving energy consumption of the hot air furnace through connecting waste residual heat of the kiln into a combustion supporting fan through a pipeline for supporting consumption of the hot air furnace and utilizing a hot air furnace air distribution port to assemble hot air, the energy-saving effect is not lower than 20%, and only the combustion supporting fan of original hot air furnace should be replaced into highly effectively energy-saving heat circulation fans, and corresponding pipelines need increasing.
