Abstract: The utility model discloses a polycrystalline silicon tail gas spray tower, comprising a tower body, wherein an air inlet, an air outlet and a liquid outlet are arranged on the tower body, a spray pipe penetrates through the tower body and is arranged at the middle-upper part of a spray cavity, and the tail end of the spray pipe is further provided with a blade type turbulent flow generator. Spray liquid forms into turbulent flow through the spray pipe to the blade type turbulent flow generator, so that the spray liquid is even in spraying (the generated turbulent flow is fully mixed with waste gas in the air inlet), and the time for water contacting with gas such as trichlorosilane and the like is prolonged, therefore, the gas such as the trichlorosilane and the like can be more fully hydrolyzed ,the work efficiency can be greatly improved, the occurrence of a pipe plugging condition can be overcome, and the occurrence of dangerous accidents such as pipe explosion and the like can be reduced.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a waste gas spray tower for a melting furnace. An air inlet is positioned on the lower part of the waste gas spray tower; an air outlet is positioned at the top end of the waste gas spray tower; a space in the spray tower can be partitioned by at least two filtering layers which can move up and down and add a dismounting function; each of the filtering layers comprises a support frame and filtering screen plates supported by the support frame; screen holes of which the aperture is 10-50mm and which are uniformly distributed are formed on the filtering screen plates; by the filtering screen plates, orthographic projection generated by vertical parallel light is used as a reference, shadow images of the screen holes are not mutually superposed in the orthographic projection of adjacent filtering screen plates; spray frames are arranged above each of filtering layers; and a plurality of nozzles which can be selectively mounted are arranged on a frame body. The waste gas spray tower for the melting furnace has the advantages that the waste gas spray tower is adapted to different types of waste gases to filter and remove dust, the effect of fully spraying can be achieved, and the spraying quality is improved to the maximum limit.

The desulfurization spray tower comprises a tower top and a tower body, wherein the top of the desulfurization spray tower is provided with a smoke outlet; an access port is reserved on one side at the top of the desulfurization spray tower; a smoke inlet is arranged on one side on the lower part of the desulfurization spray tower; the bottom of the desulfurization spray tower is provided with an overflow port; an anti-flushing device, a demisting device, a spraying device and an air flow distributing device are arranged in the desulfurization spray tower from the top to the bottom in turn; and a granite lining is paved on the inner wall of the desulfurization spray tower. The desulfurization spray tower has a simple structure, increases the spray range of spray equipment, improves the work efficiency of a desulfurization tower, reduces the resistance of desulfurization equipment per se, ensures normal operation of production on the premise of not replacing a boiler fan, saves the cost for replacing the fan and prolongs the service life of the desulfurization equipment.
