Abstract: The utility model relates to a dust removal and desulphurization device for fluid catalytic cracking regenerated flue gas. The dust removal and desulphurization device comprises a desulphurization tower, a venturi reaction region in the desulphurization tower, and a wet-type electrostatic dust-removal demister, wherein the desulphurization tower is a hollow spray tower; the desulphurization tower consists of a flue gas inlet in the middle lower part of the tower, the venturi reaction region on the middle part in the tower, a spray layer positioned on the venturi reaction region, a stirrer on the bottom of the tower, a housing and a flue gas outlet in the tower top, the stirrer is a mechanical stirrer or a pulse stirrer; the wet-type electrostatic dust-removal demister and the desulphurization tower are integrated together through a communicator, and are placed on the top or adjacent sides of the desulphurization tower.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a slurry pipe for a spray tower or a wash tower, comprising N spray pipes which are in staggered arrangement along the diameter direction of the tower from bottom to top and fixed on the tower wall and distributed on the sector area of the tower, wherein the whole staggered angle of the sector area is Beta and the basic staggered angle of the adjacent spray pipes is Alpha, N is the natural number of more than 2 and the staggered angle of the adjacent spray pipes is Alpha to (N-1)Alpha. Compared with the traditional uniformly distributed spray pipes, the staggered angle of the adjacent spray pipes is increased and the influence area of the lower spray pipe for the flow field uniformity is not overlapped with the influence area of the upper spray pipe for the flow field uniformity, therefore the flow field uniformity is increased, the gas-liquid mixing effect is strengthened and the flue gas desulfurization efficiency is increased.

The anticorrosion structure for the desulfurization spray tower comprises a tower body and an anti-corrosion inner liner, wherein the interior of the tower body is coated with a flaked anticorrosion resin layer, and the anticorrosion inner liner is fixedly adhered on the inner side of the anticorrosion layer of the tower body. According to the anticorrosion structure for the desulfurization spray tower, the anticorrosion inner liner is additionally arranged in a spray area in a tower body of the existing desulfurization spray tower and is made from polypropylene boards; the anticorrosion inner liner is fixed on the interior of the tower body in a matching manner by utilizing a bolt, and the bolt is embedded in the tower body; the fact that liquid sprayed by a spray header directly flushes and wears the inner wall of the tower body is prevented; by utilizing the characteristics of the polypropylene material, such as corrosion resistance and wearing resistance, the anticorrosion performance of a key area is improved.
