Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for cooling high-temperature organic waste gas. The apparatus comprises a wind inlet system, a prefiltration device, a water-cooled cooling assembly, a spray tower, a cyclone dehydration device and a wind outlet system; and the gas inlet system is provided with a gas inlet tube connected with a wind inlet, the wind inlet tube is connected with the prefiltration device, and enters the water-cooled cooling assembly behind the prefiltration device, the quantity of the water-cooled cooling assembly is one or two or more, a gas inlet is arranged at the lower end of the water-cooled cooling assembly, a snakelike water tube is arranged in the water-cooled cooling assembly, a water inlet is arranged at the upper end of the water tube, a water outlet is arranged at the lower end of the water tube, a gas outlet pipeline at the upper part of the water-cooled cooling assembly is connected to the spray tower, the upper part of the spray tower is provided with aspray nozzle connected with a spray box, a folded plate provided with meshes is arranged below the spray nozzle, the bottom of a washing tower is connected to a sewage collecting tank, the wind outlet of a washing tower is connected with the cyclone dehydration device, and the cyclone dehydration device is connected with a wind discharging cylinder to discharge a treated gas. The water-cooled cooling assembly, the spray tower and the cyclone dehydration device are adopted to perform comprehensive treatment.

Abstract: The method involves dividing an absorption medium charged with carbon dioxide into two partial flows after escaping from the absorber unit (1). The former partial flow and the latter partial flow are supplied to a desorber unit (2) and are supplied to different areas that are connected in series in flow direction of a carbon dioxide content gas stream separated from the charged absorption medium. The former partial flow of a desorption column is supplied to the desorption unit. The latter partial flow is supplied to a spray tower (11) of the desorption unit. An independent claim is included for a device for the separation of carbon dioxide from a flue gas flow emerging in a fossil fired power plant by an absorption medium in an absorber unit.

Abstract: The invention discloses a spray liquid circulating device and relates to the field of energy conservation and emission reduction. The spray liquid circulating device comprises a box body and a top plate, wherein a bottom plate is arranged on a base of the box body; a reinforcing rib I is arranged on the bottom plate; a reinforcing ring II is arranged on the periphery of the box body; a pump interface is arranged on the box body; and a liquid supplement opening, an exhaust opening and a liquid return opening are formed in the top plate. The spray liquid circulating device disclosed by the invention is matched with a spray tower, spray liquid is contained in the box body, a spray head of the spray tower is connected with the pump interface on the box body through a pump body, and a liquid storage tank in the spray tower is connected with the liquid return opening of the top plate through the pump body and a pipeline, so that the liquid circulating and recycling of the spray liquid can be achieved. Through cyclic utilization of the circulating device, the energy is saved, the spray efficiency is improved, and the spray cost is reduced.

Abstract: The invention relates to a waste gas treatment process, which comprises the following steps: waste gas is pretreated, and the pretreated gas is injected into a first alkaline spray tower to undergo spraying; the gas treated by the first alkaline spray tower is injected into a scrubbing tank, so that first scrubbed gas is obtained; the first scrubbed gas undergoes catalytic reaction by means of a photooxygen catalysis chamber; the gas treated by the photooxygen catalysis chamber is sequentially treated by a second alkaline spray tower and a pool, so that second scrubbed gas is obtained; and after passing through a filter, the second scrubbed gas is discharged out. The purification effect of the waste gas treatment process disclosed by the invention is good, and the cost is low.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely absorb and to remove phosphine, arsine or diborane by passing a gaseous specific material into any soln. of a mixed soln. of FeCl3, NaClO and HCl, chlorine water, ClO2 water, a bleaching powder soln. or iodine water. CONSTITUTION:A gaseous specific material contg. phosphine, arsine or diborane which is fed from a gas cylinder 1 and discharged from a semiconductor manufacturing factory or the like is brought into counterflow-contact with absorbing liquid in a spray tower and furthermore passed through a packed tower 3 packed with Rasching rings and discharged to the outside as clear gas via an adsorption tower 4. In this case, any one of a mixed soln. of FeCl3, NaClO and HCl, chlorine water, ClO2 water, a bleaching powder soln. and iodine water is used as the absorbing liquid. Phophine, arsine or diborane contained in the gaseous specific material is absorbed in the absorbing liquid and completely removed.
