The utility model reserves the advantages of the spray tower and the plate tower, and refits a sieve plate, a weir and a downcomer plate of the plate tower, changing the plane sieve plate into a high hat sieve plate, replacing a weir and a downcomer plate inside the tower with a regulating tube and regulating screws outside the tower, and changing the fixed type to an adjustable type. The utility model is suitable for the departments such as the environmental protection, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, etc., with the advantages of flexible regulation and convenient control. The act of the mass transfer zone (foam zone) can be fully exerted, and the total plate efficiency and the treatment efficiency are enhanced.

The utility model is characterized in that a settling tank is arranged under the tower body support frame; water seal is arranged in the settling tank; the water seal is communicated with the tower body, and a water absorbing opening of the circulating water pump is provided with a water inlet filtering net. The utility model has the advantage of simple, reasonable and compact structure. Abstract: The present invention discloses a polyester process exhaust organic matter recovery device, which comprises an acetaldehyde recovering stripper, a waste water conveying pump, a heat exchanger I, a heat exchanger II, an exhaust spray tower, a pneumatic valve, an exhaust fan, a spray water conveying pipeline and a washing water conveying pipeline; a waste water conveying pump outlet is connected with a three-way joint, one way is connected with a sewage station, one way is connected with the heat exchanger II, waste water is cooled by cooling water, then connected with the heat exchanger I, again cooled by chilled water, and then connected with the exhaust spray tower top for exhaust washing, the pneumatic valve is arranged between the two heat exchangers, and is used for control of spray water flow rate; the exhaust enters from the bottom of the spray tower, is extracted out by the fan from the tower top, and is in reverse contact with the spray water for mass transfer, washing water flows out from the bottom of the spray tower, and flows into a wastewater collection tank by potential difference, and the exhaust fan outlet leads to a heat medium furnace for burning unabsorbed organic matters. The device improves the polyester process exhaust organic matter recovery rate, and at the same time improves the quality of acetaldehyde in acetaldehyde recovery.

Abstract: The invention discloses a flue gas treatment system capable of deeply dehumidifying solution. A spraying heat recycler, a spray tower, a dehumidifier and a flue gas reheater are successively arrangedon a flue gas treatment route and are respectively used for cooling and recycling recovery, condensation and dehumidification, deep dehumidification and reduction of relative humidity of the flue gas.Besides, a cooling tower, a solution regenerator, a water-solution heat exchanger and various recycling pumps are also arranged in the system, wherein the cooling tower is used for preparing coolingwater in the spray tower; the solution regenerator is used for regenerating a rare solution after dehumidification; the regenerated solution is heated by the hot water generated in the spraying heat recycler through the water-solution heat exchanger; the hot water is also transferred as a heat source into the flue gas reheater. The flue gas treatment system is capable of performing heat recoveringand deep dehumidification on high-temperature and high-humidity flue gas, effectively avoiding environment-polluting 'white smoke' or 'chimney rain' generated in the smoke exhausting process, and simultaneously achieving an environmental protection function and an energy-saving benefit of the system.
